On cruise planner it says there is a restriction of like 5 or 6 and up to snorkel. Will they allow a 2 y/o to still go on the catamaran? Won’t let us book her on the excursion, but I’ve gotten different answers when calling RC. Anyone here taken a younger baby?

First off, it's a wonderful excursion — highly recommended.
But, probably not the best for little ones. Aside from the fact that you'd need to keep an adult on the boat to stay with the little one, once snorkeling is over, there's lots of food drink and dancing — with a lot of people moving around up and back to the top side (the higher area in front — perfect for sun bathing and watching the waves, but with little protection to keep a small child from falling in). It might be hard to keep a little one engaged and happy for three or four hours. My 20 year old twins thought it was awesome, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have taken them when they were 2.
Just my two cents — have an amazing cruise, though.

Head out over the waters of Honduras for a snorkel outing that's ideal for beginners and experienced snorkelers alike. It offers two separate, professionally-guided snorkel groups -- one for those who are new to snorkeling or require more assistance and one for confident snorkelers. Beginners don't feel rushed; long-time snorkelers can explore on their own and not feel held back by others.
Lifeguards drift in kayaks near both snorkel groups, offering support and assistance to anyone who feels tired or who wants to return to the boat during the tour.
After snorkeling, dig into a hot buffet lunch of rotisserie chicken with an open bar offering rum drinks or non-alcoholic soft drinks and water.
This memorable day out is ideal for families, couples, singles and groups of friends.
Minimum age is 6 years. Maximum weight is 300 lbs. Snorkel gear and snorkel vest use is included. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, reef-safe/biodegradable sunscreen, light clothing to act as a full cover-up for further protection from the sun, and a hat. Swim at your own risk. Guests will be divided into groups based on snorkeling and swimming abilities, and each group will be assigned to one of several guides. Tour operator reserves the right to substitute an alternative, comparable vessel.

Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 4 years. Maximum weight – 300 lbs. Minimum age to consume alcohol is 21 years. What to Bring: Beach towel and credit/debit card for purchases. A valid ID for drinking age verification. Guests will be divided into groups based on swimming/snorkeling ability. Depending on weather conditions you may be returned by catamaran or bus. While visiting Roatan, you will be on the Bay Islands National Marine Park, the largest protected marine area in Honduras. Please do not litter, and do not touch, disturb or buy souvenirs made from marine life. Your support makes all the difference; help conserve this marine protected area. And as time permits, please visit the Marine Park’s kiosk as you transit through the Mahogany Bay Cruise Terminal to learn more about this precious resource.

They had multiple people available to help anyone having trouble (life vests, kayak, crew in the water, crew on the deck of the boat). We saw beautiful fish.
Fun on the Jolly Roger - Excellent excursion in Roatan. Short walk from the ship to meet the crew. Signed waivers and another short walk to their large, comfortable catamaran. 1 hour boat trip to the weakens of the island followed by an hour of snorkeling. Beautiful reef with lots of fish. Saw 2 large sea turtles, too.
