Kawama Yacht Club sits on nearly 40 acres close to everything downtown Key Largo has to offer.. there is two pools, sandy ocean-front beach (walk 50 yards) and a large saltwater llagoon teaming with fish (which you can feed and swim with). There is also a children's playground and tennis courts too. Our host Norman was awesome. He own about 10 of the units and take great care of them. He also keeps pool toys, bikes, kayaks, tennis / pickleball rackets for use.

Our mini vacation in Key Largo was fabulous!!! Hubby booked our accommodations through Vrbo. Gated community, appeared to be in a central location to several eateries, souvenir shops and grocery stores. Our unit was amazing!!! Immaculate from top to bottom. Updated furniture and appliances. Washer, dryer, sitting area with a television, bedroom and bathroom on the ground level. Living, dining, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and enclosed patio on the middle level. Patio stairway leads to a walking path along the lagoon. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional enclosed patio on the third level. For enjoyment, the owner included two bicycles. Should we decide to visit Key Largo in the future, I'd certainly ask Hubby to reach out to the owner.

Place is nice enough and a good location. Just very disappointing that they are doing construction before 8am during summer vacation.

We love this property, has all that you need for a perfect little vacation get away with family or alone with hubby. We have done the VRBO, we have zero complaints. Close to everything and everyplace. We love key largo, have been many times.

Had a wonderful 5 day stay here. Met every expectation we had. We have rented slot of beach condos and mountain cabins and this was one of the best experiences we have had. We rented from Gladys, owner of unit M5. I do not know her last name but she was wonderful. We took advantage of every amenity on sight. The lagoon, pools and grill area were close and never crowded. The walk out to the jetties to view the sunsets was not far. Condo was stocked with every cooking utensil we needed. We will be contacting Gladys again for our next trip to the Keys.

We stayed there in March of 2020 and the owner of our unit Mike isn't taking care of the unit at all. It was dirty, broken dishwasher, no TV in 2nd bedroom, needs updated and old furniture replaced. Our friends had their bicycles stolen and the owner and security were not helpful at all. We suspect that it was an inside job. They have security cameras that are fake. It is dirty and unsafe.

Kawama is a great place to rent in key largo. There is security at the front, a marina with a boat ramp, a beach, pools and a swimming lagoon. Located right by key largo fisheries where you can get the freshest seafood in town. Love going to Kawama and key largo.

I love you Kawama Yacht Club. I spent Memorial Day weekend here with my girlfriend and her family and it really was a 'memorable' experience. HIGHLIGHTS!: The Unit: Really cozy place. It definitely had a Key Largo ambiance and the AC kept everyone cool during the hot nights. Saltwater Lagoon: I loved this. The lagoon is very narrow and very deep and spreads throughout the resort. You can jump in and out as you please and swim to the end and back. The lagoon is filled with unique life like Parrot fish and Tarpon. There's also a lot of sturdy floating mats that you can climb and stand on. Private Beach: The beach was okay. In typical Keys fashion the water was murky and there was a lot of rocks, but I didn't mind too much. We played Frisbee in the water and beach goer's were allowed to bring their pets. The shore was beautiful, lots of palm tree's and multicolored beach chairs. Pool: The pool was exactly what one would want on Memorial Day. Lots of lounge chairs, water was not too deep and not too cold. Perfect place if you just wanna get your tan on. Golf Carts: This was definitely my favorite part. I don't think I'm one that's easily amused but man did I love driving around the resort in a golf cart with my friends. The view was beautiful and it wasn't crowded at all. Overall, Memorial Day 2012 was a huge success.

Dear Kawama Yacht Club, I don't know why your only listing is the Security Office, but since it's already in here and I checked-in, I'll go with it... What an awesome little community you are in Key Largo! And I guess I shouldn't say "little" because you're actually not; a rather nice-sized property with a mix of townhouses, apartments, and what appeared to be actual homes as well. There are several pools throughout your community for the enjoyment of all the residents and guests, and a saltwater lagoon which one can also jump in. There's even a couple of sandy beach areas around your lagoon. Your Security seemed on point and had their act together. From the moment we arrived, they knew our name, where we were staying, how long, and even had our 3 parking passes ready to go! Now that's customer service, even for a residential community (instead of a restort-hotel, where it's expected). Also, we were never bothered at any point or reprimanded on any of our days here, so I have to say that was quite successful! You have a marina, although it was under construction, which looked rather large. As we continued walking the property, we enjoyed that the private beach had a sign that said "Clothing Optional", although we never saw anyone in the buff. ;-) This private beach continued on to lead us to "the point", an area that jetties off into the ocean, with large rocks bordering the land, with an old gazebo frame as its landmark. Truly the perfect place to watch sunsets, share a nice romantic moment, or have a thought to yourself. There were also plenty of fishermen casting lines from the rocks' edge. The private beach definitely could use some conservation efforts, as the beach is rather dirty, and littered with debris. Perhaps a little beach cleanup efforts by the residents can assist. Also, there was a small hot-tub facing the ocean, but it seemed long out of commission. Maybe as part of the marina-renovation you could also get this stuff cleaned up as well. Our unit was a 3-story townhouse that had 2 main bedrooms, and then a smaller room with 2 twin beds down on the 1st floor entertainment room. The middle floor is the kitchen and living room, and the top floor had the 2 bedrooms, which ours overlooked the saltwater lagoon directly. Each area has it's own balcony and the house came equipped with a BBQ and beautiful wooden deck with table/chairs for the enjoyment of our meals. There was even a storage area filled with rafts, chairs, home essentials, extension cords, etc. It was just fantastic. Oh and every floor had a full bathroom with shower. So not more than a couple people had to share each one. The best part, our unit came with it's own golf cart for tearing up the community!!! What great times! I would definitely stay here again. For anyone considering renting, I definitely think it's worth it. We found our unit through VBRO.com rentals. :) Good stuff!!! Thank you for the amazing and hospitable stay! we got invited to enjoy a weekend at this resort and it was a nice surprise... it's right by the water and even has its own little mini marina complete w a boat ramp and dock! The unit was very nicely designed and well equipped and right up the street there is a fish market and restaurant where the seafood is so fresh and plenty! ...they even have sushi quality tuna... and they carry some of the biggest lobster tails I have ever seen!!! Needless to say, we ended buying the tuna and lobster tail and grilled up a feast!!! This location was perfect for us because it was so close of a drive to get a true taste of the Key West living and local vibe without having to make the trek all the way to KW!!!

The whole area was beautiful. We enjoyed the lagoon, the pool and the closeness to everything else. Sometimes when you rent a place you get there and it looks nothing like the pictures. This was exactly as portrayed.

It was very quiet inside, loved that there was a washer/dryer in the unit and there were plenty of towels

The heated pool. The natural lagoon was something out of the ordinary and very nice to have and added an extra activity at the condo to pass time. Extra pull out twin size bed offered additional sleeping space.

The place was absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable, coxy, great neighbors. It had everything you needed as far as the basics. Four balconies! It was located off the beaten path and quiet. No crazy parties. Excellent to come back to.

Amazing property with a lagoon, two pools, a beach, a lovely point to see the sunrise/sunset. Spacious condo with two bathrooms (one on each floor) and well-appointed bedrooms. Kitchen was generally well stocked and easy to prepare food. Hosts left treats for us.

The apartment was fabulous - beautifully furnished, comfortable and homely. The pool is great, with palm trees and tikis for shade. The lagoon is a little murky, but loads of fish and wonderfully cool for swimming. The point is stunning to catch the sunset - well worth the few minutes walk, we enjoyed it most evenings. Key Largo has a number of restaurants and decent shopping facilities within walking distance, although the humidity made walking very sweaty!

Key Largo is Florida at it's best and the Kawama Yacht Club is right in the heart of Key Largo.  Bordered on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the south by a mangrove wildlife sanctuary, Kawama Yacht Club is 3 acres of paradise consisting of privately owned villas, townhouses and the prestigious oceanfront 5 story tower. The 5-story tower consists of beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom/2-bath condos with private balconies.  Properties within the rest of the complex vary.  The 60 units making up Phase I are one and two bedroom properties, the villas have three bedrooms, and the townhouses are either two or three bedroom properties.  All properties have kitchen, dining and living areas, and central air conditioning. Less than 1 hour from Miami and 5 minutes from John Pennekamp State Park.  Shopping and great restaurants close by.  Also diving, fishing and snorkeling. Demolition of Cape Coral Yacht Club to begin

The Cape Coral City Council decided on a new look for the yacht club, including a new community center, an outdoor pool, a playground, a restaurant and a parking garage.

Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport (SVO)

Class "A" airport. It is situated in 28 km from Moscow. There are two take- off and landing strips. Handling capacity is 2100 passenger per hour. There are 5 terminals: B, C, D, E, F. Terminal E is located in the northern part of Sheremetyevo Airport and it is mainly servicing business aviation boards, as well twenty two remote counters of Western sector of Terminal B serve the same purpose.

Terminal B is located to the West of Terminal A in the northern part of the airport as well. It is composed of two buildings: the departure hall and the arrivals hall. There is a landing pavilion located not far from the terminal B, which is well known by the name "wineglass" which it obtained thanks to it's unusual shape. There are 86 remote parking places in this terminal of airport. This places are divided: 22 - for business aviation and 5 - for cargo flights. Also 8 of which are used for Aeroflot aircrafts maintenance.

Terminal C is located next to Terminal B and maintains international flight services; there are 30 check- in counters, 36 passport control cabins and automatic three- stage system of luggage inspection. All of the six parking places of the terminal are equipped by telescopic walkways. The terminal is connected with multilevel parking for 1000 cars by the walking gallery.

Terminal D provides services for international airlines, the building is shaped like a swan, protecting passengers by its wings.

Additional terminal for international routes was opened in 2010. Terminal E provides services for international airlines. It has combined Terminal D and F and a unite system called South terminal complex. Complex is connected with the Aeroexpress railway station. All terminals of the complex are connected by walking galleries with travelators, which allow passengers easily move around the whole territory of the complex.

Terminal F includes airport equipped by telescopic walkways, hotel, area of the airport, maintenance platform and several industrial buildings. It is located next to the railway terminal and Terminal E and D. 15 parking places with telescopic walkways work here. Terminals are connected by the free bus travelling regularly between terminals B and E on the road inside the airport.

Infrastrusture

The following services are provided free of charge ate the territory of Sheremetyevo airport: mother- and- child rooms (II floor of the Departures hall in Terminal B), shuttle- bus, connecting South and North terminal, free Wi- Fi access, services for disabled passengers, luggage trolleys, weigh- in baggage and hand luggage. Passengers stay in waiting halls for free, transportation to and from airplanes as well as medical services is also free.

Luggage wrapping points are located: Terminal B - center of the waiting hall, Terminal C - special control zone, left and right wings, terminal D - III floor, center of Departures hall, terminal E - II floor Departures hall, Terminal F - II floor, next to the entrance and inspection points. In addition there are mobile points working 24 hours as well. If the luggage is authorized to be opened it will be packed again free of charge.

As well there are baggage rooms in the airport located in Terminal C, many shops and restaurants, bank offices, post office, tourist agencies and hotels. Orthodox Christians may pray in Resurrection of Christ church (between Terminal F and B), Archangel Mikhail chapel (Terminal C) and Saint Nicolas chapel (located in Terminal F)

Useful information

There is a special protective service which prevents children from getting lost in Sheremetyevo airport. A child gets a special bracelet, which is to help her get back to her parents.

It is recommended to pack the entire luggage by stretch wrap.

For entering Mother- and- Child room a passenger should present the ticket, the passport and the child medical certificate, which can be obtained in the medical services offices in terminal F, D and C.

Detailed instruction on how to get to Sheremetyevo airport

Sheremetyevo airport recommends avoiding trips by Leningradskoe highway due to renovation of emergency part of the road and suggests bypass ways.

The road is narrowed to two ways in both directions. The exit from International trunk- way to Leningradskoe highway is open. The exit from MKAD to Leningradskoe highway is allowed for passenger cars.

Official ways offered by traffic police

1) 87th km of Leningradskoe highway, turn to Moscow large traffic ring road (Leningradsko- Dmitrovskoe direction) with the consequent movement around Dmitrov. After that - move on Dmitrovskoe highway until you reach 74th km from MKAD.

2) If you drive from Moscow district you reach 87th km of Leningradskoe highway, then turn to Moscow large traffic ring road (Leningradsko- Volokolamskoe direction), turn to M- 9 highway "Baltia" and move until you reach MKAD.

3) 49th km Leningradskoe highway, turn to Moscow small traffic ring road (Leningradsko- Dmitrovskoe direction) turn to Dmitrovskoe highway at 47th km and move until you reach MKAD.

 4) If you drive from Moscow it is better to drive on MKAD and then turn to  M- 9 highway "Baltia" or to  Dmitrovskoe highway.

There is varied menu: raw bar with good sea-urchins, hot and cold starters, main dishes and desserts. Good cocktails and wine card. There is a big terrace. This club is located near the water (it’s obvious:) ), but the view is a partly industrial -... there is construction on the opposite bank and this ruins the view.
