I highly recommend a day on the water in Doug's boat. Captain Beau was courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the water. We felt safe and he was so accommodating! Great communication prior to the trip and it was easy to locate. The boat was pristine and really comfortable, so we were able to relax and enjoy the day :)

This was our second time out with Commodor Steve as a birthday present to myself. The second time was as much fun as the first. We were unable to go out into the ocean around the cape to chase the dolphins this time because of the wind and waves but he made it super enjoyable none the less. We all got a bit wet and got to see a race from a nearby sailing club. Cannot wait to do it again.

Captain Steve was so accommodating to my family! We took a 4 hour trip and we managed to see a ton of dolphins, went down and around Cape May and even was able to check out Stone Harbor! We even got a chance to drop anchor and jump and swim off the boat. I had a diverse set of ages from 10 to adult and everyone one had a blast! It was simply delightful to hear all the local history Steve shared. He was an absolute joy and we will be for sure coming back! Thank you! And the kids can’t wait to do it again!!!

Our captain was excellent! Steve responded promptly to questions prior to the trip. He was on time and made us fell very comfortable on board the yacht. The ride was smooth and overall very pleasant! I would definitely recommend this boat and captain.

Boat Rentals Available Near Atlantic City and LBI

Boat rentals include 16-19 foot Carolina skiffs, 18 and 24 foot pontoons and various size kayaks for your pleasure. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

We sell gasoline and also have a bait and tackle store with all your fishing/crabbing needs; tackle, fresh and frozen baits, ice, snacks, and refreshments.

We offer yearly boat slip rentals and dry storage along with 2 concrete launching ramps.

Captain Mikes: Seasonal Hours

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. open 7 days a week

Our seasonal boat slips are available from May 1 – Oct 15 and are based on availability. Limited spots are available. Dry storage is available for those who want to trailer their boats in and out but leave their boat on the trailer at the marina.

We have a fenced in property and all slip/dry storage customers have a key to enter/leave at their convenience when the business is closed.

Important Note: Captain Mike’s reserves the right to cancel your reservation due to inclement weather. Refunds are available of course.

Striper season boat slip rentals are available from Oct. 15 through the balance of the year, Hours are Friday – Mondays depending on weather….

If you’re a beginner or advanced kayak paddler, we have a beautiful location for you to enjoy your day on the water. Our local waters offer a large variety of fishing and crabbing opportunities.

Our store offers a variety of seasonal baits and supplies for your fishing and crabbing trips. We also offer kayak tours with advanced reservation.

What To bring on your charter

When you're on the water on boat charters for a prolonged period of time, we would like for you to anticipate not only a sunny day, but the potential for an unexpected passing shower or cool easterly breeze.  

The following items are recommended to help make your trip more enjoyable:  

• Sunglasses and a hat
• Dress for the day, but don't forget warm clothes and a windbreaker.  The wind chill on the water can become uncomfortably cold, even in the summer months.
• Soft soled shoes (non-marking) boat shoes or sneakers.  No Dark Soles Please!
• Lunch and/or Snacks/Beverage /Beer or Wine (No Hard Liquor)
• For Ocean Trips: Motion sickness medicine if you're susceptible to sea sickness.  It is important to take as directed.  Usually the night prior to the yacht rental and again 1 hour prior to departure

No Smoking / No Illicit Drug Use

Marijuana and illicit drug use is stickily prohibited on board the Metamorphosis .  Although New Jersey is permitting use of of recreational marijuana, the Metamorphosis is a US Coast Guard Documented Vessel and is under Federal Jurisdiction and Prohibits use on all boat charters / yacht rentals

This boat ride was very smooth and relaxing. The drinks on board were great. The bartender was amazing. The captain driving the boat was very engaging and friendly. Everyone on board were having a good time talking amongst one another. I just wish the weather was warmer that day lol. Other than that I would do this again when visiting Atlantic City.

Had a group of 20 guys on AC Tiki Boats booze cruise and it could not have been a better trip. Plenty of room on the boat for everyone to co-mingle and a nice smooth ride around the bay with great views. This excursion really glued the bachelor party weekend together and I highly recommend this company's services!

We charted AC Tiki Boat (the Big Kahuna) for a bachelor party. From my conversations with the owner, Jeff to the Captain, Dave and bartender, Cindi...we received paramount service! Beautiful boat with great music and cocktails. Great views of Brigantine and AC back bays...a must do!!
