Kuzey Ege'nin kalbi, Yeşilyurt Köy İskelesi'nde, Küçükkuyu Assos yolu üzerinde, zeytin ağaçları arasında küçük yaşamı deneyimlemek isteyen doğa ve deniz severler için mükemmel bir seçim. Konforlu ve minimal tasarımı ile Gulet Tiny House Hotel, dünyada popüler olan tatil konseptini deneyimlemeniz için tasarlandı. Bir ağaca en ufak zarar verilmeden doğa dostu bir anlayışla dört dönüm bir zeytinlik içerisine 14 adet özel tasarım Tiny House'dan (Küçük Ev) oluşan işletmemiz sizlerin mutluluğunuzu hedef almış bir anlayışla işletilmektedir. Berko Turizm firması tarafından 7 sene önce Gulet Restaurant ile başlayan hikayemiz bölgenin en çok tercih edilen restorantı olmamız üzerine marka ve hizmet değerimizi yükseltmek adına bir hayal ile devam ediyor. Denize sıfır olan restoranımız ve beach (plaj) kısmımızla bütünleşerek size özel bir tatil konsepti oluşturduk. Sabah kahvaltınızı serpme olarak denize sıfır masanıza servis ediyoruz. Beach kısmımızda sizin için ücretsiz ayrılan şezlonglarda gün boyunca Ege denizinin eşsiz sularının keyfini çıkarmanızı umuyoruz. Akşam A La Carte Restaurant'ımızda ayırdığınız masanıza geçmeden önce Kaz Dağları'nın bol oksijenini içinize çekerken Tiny House önündeki teraslarda kahve keyfi yapmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Otelimiz denize sıfır olup otelimize ait restoranımız bulunmaktadır. Bu restoranımızda alkol satışı bulunmaktadır ve fiyatlar genellikle uygundur. Dilerseniz akşam yemeklerinizi restoranımızda yiyebilir, sevdiklerinizle keyifli dakikalar geçirebilirsiniz. Kahvaltınızı burada denize sıfır şekilde servis etmekteyiz. Ancak akşam yemeği olarak "alakart" bir restoran olduğu için ve akşam yemeğini burada yemeği tercih etmek isterseniz rezervasyon yaptırmanız gereklidir.

Konumumuz Çanakkale Yeşilyurt köyü iskelesi mevkiinde bulunmaktadır. Assos, Küçükkuyu, Akçay, Edremit, Altınoluk, Güre'ye yakındır. Otobüs ile gelen misafirlerimiz Küçükkuyu Otogarı'nda inmelidir. Otogar içerisinde taksiler mevcut olup otogara 5 dakikalık mesafedeyiz.
