KIAM is a beautiful and well-equipped Beneteau Oceanis 60. She is the flagship of the Oceanis line from Beneteau. Fitted with many popular options and upgrades, KIAM is well-positioned and ready for her next owner to cruise.

Some of her many options include the shoal draft keel, full canvas, full teak decks, brand new aluminum RIB dinghy and outboard, two life rafts, separate crew quarters accessible from the deck, a full suite of top-of-the-line B&G electronics, bow thruster, electric winches, and composite helm wheels. All lines are led back to the helms for easy control of all systems by one person. This leaves the enormous cockpit clean and open for the entertainment of guests. There is also a drop-down swim platform with a large storage area behind it.

Below deck, the salon is well laid out with a full galley, nav station, and comfortable seating. One-third of the Oceanis 51.1’s hull is now stepped. In addition to the aesthetics of this flared shape, the new hull creates additional interior space, which in turn allows for exciting new layouts below. Her sleek, modern lines will turn heads in every harbor, while her deck and cockpit setup, replete with relaxation and lounging areas, offers a delightful blend of comfort and safety, both at sea and at anchor.

Large portholes suffuse the elegant Nauta Design interior with light, creating a wonderfully warm atmosphere below, and offering incomparable views whether you are sitting or standing. An elegant palette of woods and upholsteries guarantees your tastes are reflected, and ensure your boat will always feel like home no matter where it is in the world.

RENEWAL OF THE CRUISING YACHT

The Oceanis 51.1 is spacious, elegant, cleverly designed, and fast.

The furling mast, self-tailing jib, and all the halyards and sheets on the standard model are brought back to a single winch at each of the helm stations, making her simple and easy to sail. As for harbor maneuvering, Dock & Go technology simplifies everything.  

THE HEIGHT OF COMFORT

The architectural choices that stand out on the Oceanis 51.1 are reflected in her habitability and an incredible amount of space. Inside, the owner cabin has an en-suite shower room and toilet, and a 1.6 m wide island bed.  The fully-fitted U-shaped galley has many convenient features. Truly a space to enjoy together, it is as pleasant to use under sail as it is at anchor.

Fitted with an extra-long carbon or aluminium mast, the Oceanis 51.1 First Line has up to 35% additional sail area in high-tech materials. The boat has a 2.8 m lead bulb keel in this high-performance configuration. This reduces weight and hydrodynamic drag. To complete this version, a composite steering wheel, top-of-the-range deck fittings, and boomsprit marry speed and cruising and promise an all new experience.

“What a fantastic vacation”. We just returned from a wonderful vacation aboard the Beneteau 45 we chartered. There were two families onboard, but with 4 cabins there was plenty of room for everyone. The boat was equipped with all the electronics we could need and the chart plotter was especially useful during our week. You can walk the decks without taking a step on dozens of yachts for sale, at your leisure or with an expert broker leading the tour, sharing their knowledge and fielding your questions.

Whether on-screen or using a VR headset for the fully immersive experience, these tours enable you to navigate your way through every guest space on every deck, inside and out. This means you can appreciate the spaces for yourself, how they flow together, the interior design, what facilities there are, what features you might want to add and where you could add them, and how well the yacht has been looked after.

While you are free to tour the yacht on your own, we strongly recommend a broker-led tour. The broker knows the yacht inside and out as they have been on board and have access to our global yacht database. The broker knows the provenance and maintenance history, they know the captains and their operational knowledge of the yacht, the time and cost involved in refitting, upgrading or refurbishing the yacht - a huge number of insights relating to potential ownership.
