S/V Panta Rhei is a 2012 Custom Custom Roake Guenter 50 catamaran, for sale by owner. The design concept for Panta Rhei was formulated in 1981. We wanted a fast sailing catamaran with comfortable but minimal accommodation capable of cruising the oceans of the world and at the time couldn’t find anything that suited our needs. The design and construction of Panta Rhei was an evolution that occurred over a number of years and involved a cast of naval architects, a variety of construction methods, what at the time were cutting edge technologies and the development of novel approaches to implementing the smooth working of all components.

Panta Rhei has been our only home since 2014 and part time prior to that. While we never did sail the oceans of the world as hoped, we cruised extensively from Nova Scotia to the Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean. During that time, Panta Rhei proved her sea keeping abilities, potential for speed and ease of handling. She is a capable world cruiser and all that has prevented us from venturing further afield is our advancing maturity.

While Panta Rhei will not appeal to those who desire a spacious catamaran suitable for families or entertaining, she is perfect for an individual or couple who is minimalist in accommodation needs, wants the option for speed and who appreciates safe and easy sailing.

S/V Breezy is a 2004 Lagoon 410 S2 catamaran, for sale by owner. We are selling our 2004 Lagoon 410 S2. A current survey from August 2023, with a job list completed.

We spent the last couple of months fixing everything on the boat that was deemed an issue in the recent survey including brand new anti-slip and top paint. The hulls are also freshly painted with Seahawk and the hulls have been polished to bring the exterior of the boat to a sparkling new finish.

The classic Leopard 45, also known as the Moorings 4500, was designed by Simonis Voogd and built by Robertson & Caine in South Africa. When it was introduced in 1997, the Leopard 45 was selected by Cruising World Magazine as “Charter Boat of the Year” and quickly built an outstanding reputation in the Moorings and Sunsail charter fleets. Lagoon 52F (Caribbean)

S/V Cocoloco is a 2016 Lagoon 52F catamaran, for sale by owner.

After 20 years experience as a Lagoon dealer, I made this catamaran perfect for sail and live on board. I removed many electronic complications such as Dometics, Yanmar engines, electronic injectors, and electronic fuel pumps. They are now without electronics. Engine controls are mechanical, no more electronic Micro Commander.

After I repaired several boats with electronic damage for lightning or magnetic field, I saw that they remain in the sea without any possibility to start the engines, without electronics, with the need to be towed into port. So I decided to fix my Lagoon 52 that is much more safe now. The catamaran has been completely renewed in 2022 and is ready to go.

Nautitech 46 Open (Caribbean)

S/V “Promethee 2” is a Nautitech 46 Open catamaran, 2016 model, first sailed in March 2017, for sale by owner. The Nautitech 46 Open is known for its sailing performance and cruising comfort to which we can abide.

The boat was therefore equipped accordingly and is totally off the grid. It is self-sufficient in electricity with 2400 W new solar panels, 900 amp Lithium batteries, with a 5000 W Victron quattro inverter/charger. All the running rigging goes back to the cockpit enabling sailing single handedly and safety at sea.

A new radar and the large 12 inch chart plotter was installed in June 2023 which simplifies navigation. The new 25 hp outboarder provides for exploration at sea and fun water activities in the 340 UL Highfield dinghy. The boat has recently been hauled out to have new anti-fouling and polishing of the hull. The boat has had several other upgrades. See inventory for specifications.

Lagoon 450F Owner’s Version (Caribbean)

S/V The Rabbit Hole is a highly sought-after and wonderfully maintained 3-cabin Owners Version 2015 Lagoon 450F catamaran for sale by owners and has NEVER been in charter.

The Rabbit Hole has a custom-built enclosed fly bridge, which the navigation of the vessel can be done at the helm or inside at the chart station with second electronic throttles and full instruments. A newly painted antifouling bottom including the sail drives and props (2023). There are upgraded 54HP Yanmar engines, and a generous sail inventory. Prout 45 (Caribbean)

S/V Mirounga is a Grenada Islands based 1997 Prout 45 Catamaran for sale by owner. Mirounga is the ultimate liveaboard cruising machine. She is solid fiberglass under the waterline, cored above the waterline, with Kevlar reinforcement. S/V Vitesse is a Panama based 1989 Lagoon 55 catamaran for sale by owner. The Lagoon 55 is a large, modern, performance cruising catamaran and one of the best-looking catamarans ever built. They are one of many cruising catamarans designed and built by Jeanneau (JTA, Jeanneau Technique Advances). The designers were Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prevost who used their knowledge of offshore racing and the latest racing sailboat design technologies to produce a cutting-edge cruising catamaran. This 3 cabins, 3 head owner’s version has had an extensive Refit, and has been lengthened to 60 feet long.

The Lagoon 55 affords it’s crew and passengers lavish accommodations inside and outside. She is spacious, light and well ventilated. She offers excellent all-around visibility from the deck, cockpit and saloon. The cockpit affords comfortable seating for at least ten people.
