Stefano Pastrovich is 37 years old and started his career with the prestigious Martin Francis Design Studio, one of the most successful superyacht design studios in the world. In 2005, Pastrovich began his own design studio, Pastrovich Studio, based in Genoa, Itlay. His Studio has developed a strong synergy with the Wally Style Office, where he worked as Chief Designer and stylist during 4 years of his experienced career.
Pastrovich Studio has many projects in progress, including the 54 metre Per Aquum, designed for Per Aquum Resorts & Spa, which will revolutionize the superyacht industry. They also work on customized speed and performance sailing yachts like the Shipman 63, Shipman 72 and the day sailor Sly 42' Fun. Pastrovich is currently designing a MY 60m Private Yacht for an American owner.
Stefano Pastrovich and his team make use of the 3Dimensional software which allows their clients the opportunity to consider options in a much easier way and to move more quickly through the entire design process. His team also uses the cutting-edge software that helps them save both time and cost.
Pastrovich's philosophy is to "design any kind of boat, no holds barred, so long as it's the best of its kind". His design team supervises the whole construction of a shipyard since they consider it is essential to be involved in the project in order to resolve all the possible problems rising in the building process.

99m motor yacht XVINTAGE is a new project presented by the world-renowned Italian shipyard Fincantieri . Both the exterior and interior are designed by well-known Stefano Pastrovich , creating design born around the function. Xvintage superyacht features open spaces and loose furniture, providing the owner with a 100% freedom to choice and change.

There are several external details which characterize the soul of the super yacht Xvintage. All of them are designed with the same intention of contributing towards increasing the quality of space. The main philosophy is based on the consciousness that the yacht is a platform for letting us, the spectator, view the world with all its colours, sounds and lights.

This is why, in Pastrovich designs, the materials used for the interior and exterior are always based on a soft and natural finish; giving the feeling of a gentle need for communication with the world around. Teak floors inside and out maintain a constant temperature and humidity, to feel better beneath bare feet in the summertime. The exterior deck extends inside the interior salon to increase the continuity of the space.
Fabric is made of linen with soft colours to inspire relaxation. The shape of the superstructure’s windows, horizontally oriented to enhance the exterior view, designed with a teak window frame all around, as a way of merging them with the saloon and terrace areas. The size of the eight bulwark windows has been designed to maximize the exterior view while keeping the privacy of the interiors. Finally the xxl size Chinese umbrella above the dining table makes for a cosy space that increases the value of chatting with friends in the quietest and more private areas of the vessel.
The philosophy of the interior layout is to create a number of spaces, all with a different purpose, look and view, and to avoid the typical wedding cake deck lay-out of most large vessels.

The aft beach club is a large transformable area where the yacht tender garage also acts as storage space for the day toys and the exterior lounge furnishings. The LNG tank has been placed very close to the tender garage because both need a very high ceiling.
The list of the yacht tenders and water toys isn’t just long, it’s also diverse: a 12m power boat, a 6m rubber yacht tender, a 12m trimaran yacht, many jet skis, and a submarine if required. The sides of the hull are closed during navigation to protect the exterior deck from heavy seas. The tender launching system is guaranteed using two J-frame cranes recessed on the exterior deck. The simplicity of this particular system makes for a stable launching operation, which is key to accelerating the process and saving crew time.
On the upper deck, the idea is to dedicate the entire area from the bow to the aft terrace, for the use of the owner and guests, giving them the possibility to experience the interiors from different angles, lights and sounds. The aft interior salon is connected to the exterior terrace through a large sliding door, thus giving a feel of continuity of space between interior and exterior.

The walls around the cinema are built with large sliding panels, which makes this area transformable into a playroom for kids, or for watching F1 or PlayStation. And just forward of the bar Fincantieri has placed another lounge with a transformable table that can become a formal dining room.
Finally, the bow lounge is the place to sit and view the panorama, while the bow terrace is the most peaceful place in Italy to have a romantic dinner. The owner’s apartment and terrace are on the aft bridge deck. This choice of location comes from the designer’s personal spirit of life on board, where privacy and the need to spend time together is very important. The terrace on the sun deck is covered with a large bimini, and the exhaust stacks are discretely placed so as to leave the view as the main attraction.

Fincantieri luxury yacht Xvintage features the dualfuel power and propulsion system based on the Wärtsilä 20DF dual-fuel engine, which is a compact unit providing all the advantages of fuel flexibility. This allows owners and operators to opt for the most suitable fuel (natural gas, marine diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, or even liquid biofuel) taking into account local environmental restrictions, fuel price variations, and fuel bunkering possibilities.

Additionally, Wärtsilä dual-fuel engines have the ability to automatically switch from one fuel to another without any loss in speed or power output. In gas operation mode, Wärtsilä DF engines are already compliant with the forthcoming IMO Tier III regulations without the need for any secondary exhaust gas purification systems. Wärtsilä’s dual-fuel engine sets are fitted with alternators mounted on a common bedframe, and by utilizing double mounting arrangements, even the most stringent standards for low levels of noise and vibration can be met.

Stefano Pastrovich is a name synonymous with excellence and innovation in yacht design. Graduating from the Instituto Statale d'Arte di Urbino and later completing his studies at the European Institute of Design in Milan, Pastrovich swiftly made a mark in the competitive world of maritime architecture.
Starting his career in 1997, he initially joined the illustrious Martin Francis Design Studio in Monaco. Gaining invaluable experience and honing his craft under the mentorship of Martin Francis, Pastrovich was soon ready to establish his own footprint in the industry. By 2005, he had founded Pastrovich Studio, quickly distinguishing himself with a unique blend of visionary concepts and practical functionality.
One of the most notable projects in the early years of his studio was the impressive refit of the "SenseS" yacht, originally built by Schweers. This venture showcased his ability to merge innovative design with the intricate demands of yacht engineering. His skillful approach in reimagining luxury did not go unnoticed. Another striking creation came with the launch of the "Xvintage" series, rooted in the idea of celebrating the joy of life at sea, harmonizing modern amenities with a classic aesthetic.
Pastrovich's designs often draw inspiration from natural elements, balancing sleek lines with ecological sensitivity. His work has included collaborations with some of the world’s leading shipyards, including Fincantieri and Damen. Stefano Pastrovich: A Yacht Designer Like No Other
Stefano Pastrovich is the subject of hundreds of articles in online publications devoted to superb yacht design. His studio is regarded as a leader in yacht design, with a well-deserved reputation for highly desirable and innovative sea-faring vessels. Though luxury yachts created in his company often take the forefront in discussions, it is the youthful founder whose creative energy infuses each project. A brief glimpse into his youth reveals a Peter Pan-like spirit and a strong measure of curiosity gathered into the pursuit of building things that flew and sailed.
Pastrovich was born in 1973. His birthplace, Genoa, is one spot on Earth where sky and sea meet, and the wind allows for sailing and flying activities enjoyed by many young boys. Stefano, at ten years old, started to design, build and fly toy gliders. With the success that fuels passion, he enjoyed how they flew, and by the time he reached eighteen, he transferred his passion to full size gliders; entering them in numerous competitions.
He describes himself as knowing the wind well due to his early play and competitive gliding experiences. His earliest designs for the sea were sailing vessels. Appreciation of the wind plus a keen eye for details and function were key talents used in his subsequent designs.
From 1996 until 2000, he worked in collaboration with the Martin Francis Design Studio, developing large sized motor-yachts . Later in 2000, he began working for Wally in the chief designer position. Until 2004, he created designs that he felt were engineered for optimal performance, which also happened to have functional details inspired by his appreciate for nature.
Ultimately, he opened his own studio in 2005, though he continues to work on projects for other companies. Since 2014, his own Pastrovich Studio has focused on a philosophy of feeling good so that each team member can live well. The members include sport to maintain mental and physical welfare. For this reason, the studio looked carefully at traditional classes of vessels and renamed them using the language of four different sports. Each vessel created is part of a representative sport, and are categorized based on the strengths and qualities distinctive to each field of sports. The four are Backpacker, Dressage, Freeride and Parkour

The Parkour Vessels are designed to accommodate the most active athletic pursuits, while providing the resources necessary to enjoy the active life.
The studio seeks to include clients in the creation of each vessel from its beginning until completion. Using computer software, exterior and interior designs are easily seen. Clients can participate in the design and construction process so that the studio can produce the results promised. It is a complex and definitive process, utilizing personal preferences in conjunction with design excellence.

80m X-Prime Super Yacht Concept
This Dressage class vessel is designed to provide privacy for the owners with their own top deck suite and balcony. Family and guests have suites located on the main deck. A wide sea terrace provides clear views from either side of the vessel. Interconnected areas are created with different activity zones in mind so that large families can travel together while maintaining free areas to relax and enjoy time apart.
77m XR-Evolution
This is a ship which includes self-powered, deployable, small bungalows which can float away from the mother vessel to more private corners of a harbor. This allows for different activities away from the primary ship when it is anchored. The small ships can float off with different passengers and join up with the parent vessel when it is time to move to a new location. This is a Parkour X Project vessel.
90m X-Kid Stuff
This vessel is versatile, with an ultra-sleek silhouette when closed for efficient travel and hangars for accessing water toys, skis and outdoor athletic gear. The interior hexagonal layout provides for flexible arrangement of spaces. The Parkour class yacht mimics the structure of bee hives, resulting from Pastrovich’s observant use of nature for his design inspirations.
Sveti 150m Mega Yacht Concept
There is much luxury available on board this vessel. It features an infinity pool, gazebos with comfortable seating, open plan guest villas, and an underwater spa with views of the sea through large underwater windows, relaxing pods and saunas. It has four restaurants, a cigar lounge, a beach club, a wine cellar and an observation deck. It also carries 4 jet skis, 2 ski boats, 2 fishing boats, 2 motorcycles, 4 quad bikes and a helicopter. This is a Parkour class X Project vessel.
These four recently released vessel concepts are just a few of the bright new ship designs created with Stefano’s leadership. The studio website gallery includes many innovative designs. Some feature palm trees on deck, offering party space for passengers, while others are modern, highly efficient reconstructions of older, less efficient ships. Almost anything is possible with this studio team.
There is no doubt that Pastrovich Studios will continue to bring new concepts to the yachting world. Our chauffeurs are carefully selected so that you'll receive the utmost in professional service. Each is intimately familiar with the Bay Area-its hotels, restaurants, theaters, nightclubs, wineries, roadways and traffic patterns-so you and your guests can relax and enjoy yourselves. Standard chauffeur attire is black tuxedo (black suit and tie for business charters) unless you request otherwise. The sweetest driver and the most amazing relaxing time. We didn't have to worry about anything. Really throughly enjoyed our time. We drove to San Francisco to a wedding, my aunts and uncles are older and it's hard for them to see in long drives outside of our city. This was a treat! It was around 30+ of us. Super friendly customer service, everything was easy and smooth. The bus was clean as a whistle and we were able to play our own music. Bluetooth connected, waters and a TV! We brought our own snacks and a little bit of wine, we had a blast.
We rented a party bus for my husband and I's 30th and it was incredible! Mark was awesome and made sure we all got there and back safely, and we got sooo many compliments from our friends that came. Plenty of space, super clean ride and overall just a great time! Definitely recommend!

I had my senior ball on 5/5 and Mark was amazing! I found him on yelp and had messaged him starting from February because I knew how crazy prom season would be. I copied part of the message he sent me for the quote I asked for: "The following land yacht is available for your 6 hour (5:45p-11:45p) event on the date you've requested. 30-36 passenger - $1,695.00 Our prices INCLUDE ALL FEES AND CHAUFFEUR'S GRATUITY, as well as complimentary ice and bottled water." I had 32 people on my bus and we all had enough space! The water was definitely awesome for the end of the night but Mark was so responsible and got us to SF city hall on time and safely. He was so quick at replying to my messages and I have had looked into many other places and this was the most accommodating and reasonably priced. Highly recommend !!
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PARTY BUS & DRIVER! IT'S A VERY UNIQUE, Custom oversized METICULOUS PARTY BUS! Like no other! Looks Even better and Bigger than the photos!! AMAZING LIGHTING TOO! Every detail was considered to maximize guest's comfort...Plus new large bathroom! The Company even offered to pick up extra beverages and snacks & included bottled water/ice In the price! Another company i called charged for water/ice and their contract stated no chips/cupcakes etc on bus AND HAD NO BATHROOM!! They also required exact itinerary days in advance. We were allowed to change our itinerary as the night progressed! Driver, Mark, was beyond great with a positive FUN attitude! This party bus was an incredible fun experience for all. Everyone is still talking about it! I would give it 10 STARS IF I COULD!!! Ps My first yelp review but this company really deserves it!!A RARE FIND!!!
Our group had an amazing time! Mark arrived on time to pick us up and the bus was clean and spacious. The bathroom on board was an added plus. The pricing is very favorable to other companies and the bus has everything you need. I wish I had taken pictures of the interior because the other photos on here don't do it justice. There's also a TV that you can stream to. We ended up extending our reservation an hour because we didn't want it to end. We will definitely be using Mark again in the future.

I had my 40th birthday bash and Mark was amazing. Bus was very clean and roomy with a bathroom which was a plus. Hands down, book with Pacific Land Yachts if you are looking for a party bus. Would definitely do business again!
Mark is pretty darn awesome! We chartered his land yacht for a work event. Everyone had an amazing time, and everyone said that they would definitely want to work with Mark again for both future and personal events that require group transportation. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!
I rented a bus for my brothers 30th birthday and it was an unforgettable night! The bus was in great condition and so much bigger than I imagined. It even had a restroom which was helpful because we had it reserved for 5 hours. The driver was fantastic and let us blast our music and dance the whole time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good time!!

Uncuffed is the real first built yacht after many years spent to research and develop the new way of designing small yachts . In this project the focus is to leave built-in furniture on the dock, while large empty decks open the door to loose furniture. The cabin area is a loft space to live as an loft apartment.
Inspiration and structure
Terminator , a cyborg with human skin and a sophisticated technology inside, is a perfect example to understand how a perfect aesthetic is the result of a perfect technology hidden behind the visible layer. This project has a similar central idea: to reduce the amount of structure while keeping the same strength , Uncuffed hull structure is developed and designed to follow an inclined pattern rather than longitudinal or transverse. The wall, the ceiling partition, the skylights and furniture, the loose cushions then follow such layout which makes the interiors very original.
