My only complaint is that we should’ve booked it for longer …. What a gem this boat was! Captain Jeff and his daughter were the best duo: thorough, safe, hospitable and fun. We were a large group of ten with a baby plus a dog and we couldn’t have had a better time. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The jetski and floats were definitely a super plus. Let’s just say I will be contacting Jeff in the future for ALL my boating adventures!! 10/10!!

Marco was a wonderful captain and we had a great time watching fireworks from Todd's Point on the water. He piloted the ship safely and got us "front row seats" for the show. He also was mindful of other boaters in the area and got us out before the show ended so we weren't stuck or in danger. This was a surprise for my partner and Marco made it so worth the wait to reveal that we were going on an adventure in this beautifully renovated, fully equipped and well maintained ship. Would do this trip over 100 times! I highly recommend Marco for anyone that wants a safe, comfortable, and truly special time on the water.

Marco is the perfect captain. Extremely knowledgeable about boats, navigates the waterways with great confidence, and truly loves what he does. The boat is very clean, maintained beautifully, and the day was perfect. I would definitely sail with Marco again. Great experience!

My party of 11 and I had a great time with Mark and his crew. He communicated promptly regarding weather conditions and what to expect on the boat. He was knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and the boat itself. This was a perfect experience to enjoy the water in CT for any special occasion or just a nice summer day with friends or family. We will definitely be returning to this charter !!

Couldn’t ask for a better captain or boat! Mark was great. Extremely friendly, it was a beautiful boat, and it was very clean. We had a great time, and Mark was very knowledgeable on all of the small islands and locations we passed. I would highly recommend booking with him!

Yacht charters can be booked hourly with a minimum charter of 5 hours or for a full day charter of 8 hours, restrictions apply.  Taxes, fuel, catering services & gratuity are not included in the base price.

Our custom built 38′ Evans yacht accommodates up to 24 passengers.

Late for Charter:  Please notify us if you’re running late.   Charters adhere to a strict schedule and will return at the stated time.

Inclement Weather Policy: There are no refunds for inclement weather or mechanical issues, we offer credit for a future date. We guarantee that you can reschedule your charter and the credit will be applied to the later date. Most often, in the event of inclement weather, the weather will delay the start of the event or cut it short. In that event, credit for the unused portion can be prorated and credited towards a future date in the same calendar year. Rescheduled date must be within the same calendar year.  Absolutely, no credits are carried over to next season unless specified in writing.  

Cancellation Policy: There are no Refunds for Charters booked within 14 days of the Scheduled Charter Date.  100% of the charter fee becomes non-refundable within 14 days of the Scheduled Charter date.  50% of the charter fee becomes non-refundable within 30 Days prior to charter date.  Free Cancellation within 24 hours of Booking (online bookings only).

Rescheduling/changing charter dates can be made with a 20% fee, and must be done greater than 30 days prior to charter date.

No outside food or beverages permitted without prior approval.  Underage drinking not permitted.  No pets are allowed on board. No smoking.  No shoes are permitted on the boat unless specified.  Shoe baskets will be provided to store shoes.  Towels a free to use on the charter and a $20  per towel fee will be collected for missing towels.

We offer weekday instructional courses to new renters or anyone looking to learn! Please call 631-6800-0111 or email [email protected] to book. We strongly recommend combining this hands-on experience with the NYS Boaters Safety Certificate . Refreshers are also available at the beginning of your rental at an additional cost, pending staff availability. 

• Renters must be 21 years of age to rent.
• Prior experience operating a boat is required. Instruction is available for beginners. NYS Boaters Safety Certificate strongly recommend, however not required.
• $2000 credit card security deposit required for all rentals.
• Operation area encompasses as far east as Gardiner’s Bay and as far west as Robin’s Island.
• Rental cost does not include fuel.
• * Multi-day rentals including holidays will be charged at the standard daily rate for the respective holidays during the rental period.

Our boats are each equipped to carry up to 8 -10 passengers. All safety equipment and GPS navigation are included. We require our renters to have experience operating a boat.  If you need instruction, we offer boating lessons at a rate of $125/hr in addition to the rental cost. Advanced booking is required for this service and subject to availability.

Arrive 15-20 minutes before your booking for a short briefing of our equipment. Please communicate your plans or any questions you may have to our staff; we can always provide recommendations. Your crew will then hop on board and off you go! Upon return to our dock, dockhands will help you in and take care of refueiling the boat.  

We ask that you always practice safe boating. We do not tolerate reckless or negligent use.

Safety is our number one concern whenever renting equipment. Reckless, negligent or ignorant operation of a boat can result in injury of death of you, your passengers or other people who are out enjoying the water. For this reason, we take safety very seriously and we try to pass this on to our customers.

All renters will receive an extensive safety and operation briefing before getting out on the water. We require that our customers have previous experience operating a boat. First time operators will be required to hire a boating instructor before they are able to rent. A full safety packet is included in your rental and is required to be reviewed and understood before the rental begins.

Boat rentals, boat leases, and boat lessons provided by Peconic Water Sports LLC at its Southold, East Hampton, Montauk, Shelter Island, and Sag Harbor (Noyac) locations are serviced by Peconic Boat Rental LLC. Peconic Water Sports LLC and Peconic Water Boat Rental LLC are all separate and independent legal entities.

Peconic Water Sports LLC is a New York limited liability company that markets and promotes the customer services of Peconic Water Boat Rental LLC. It does not provide boat rentals, boat leases, and boat lessons services to customers. Is listing my boat on Boatsetter free?

Yes! Listing a boat is completely free. We only take a commission when your boat is rented. We only make money when you do!

What if I'm not comfortable having a renter drive my boat?

If you are not comfortable having a renter drive your boat, we have an expansive network of licensed and experienced captains. Once your boat is listed, you can filter through our network of captains and favorite captains in your area that you would like to operate your boat.
