Valere crossed the Atlantic and the Pacific Ocean several times as captain on different monohulls and catamarans. He sailed the Meditteranean from Gibraltar all the way through Greece and the Greek Islands. This experience gave him an extensive knowledge of the greek culture, allowing him to help you to discover the local surroundings in a most unique way. With a cruising speed under power of 10 knots, the Lagoon 500 is the ideal cruising yacht for all conditions. She is based in Athens and available for yacht charters throughout the Greek Islands including the Ionian Islands, Cyclades, Sporades and the Dodecanese.

This majestic catamaran is the ideal spacious and stable yacht on which to enjoy the beautiful Greek islands.The Lagoon 500 catamaran is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a range of facilities and it offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests plus crew.

The prices are valid for one week reservation and depending on the booking period.

Charter rates includes: Yacht’s insurance, crew wages & supplement

Charter rates exclude: V.A.T. Taxes of 12% or 24%, **APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) of 30% of the total charter.

**APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) covers all the above expenses. This sum is estimated the 3 0% of the total charter fee. The captain keeps all the receipts of the expenses and at the end of the charter we do the final financial settlement. If during the charter the costs are beyond the APA, then additional funds will be required for the outstanding bills upon disembarkation  (payment by credit card/cash). If there is any remaining credit, the charterer will receive back the relevant amount of money (by cash/bank transfer).

The award winning 46.63m/153' motor yacht 'Mystique' (ex. Detroit Eagle) was built by Feadship in the Netherlands at their Aalsmeer shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house John Munford and she was delivered to her owner in March 2001. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of De Voogt and she was last refitted in 2019.

Mystique has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising one VIP cabin. The supremely spacious full beam master suite benefits from a his and her bathroom. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by 1 x gas turbine DDC/MTU (FT50) 5,600hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 27 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 34 knots with a range of up to 1,253 nautical miles from her 42,900 litre fuel tanks at 14 knots. Her low draft of 1.83m/6' makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 8,560 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠A1, Yachting Service, AMS classification society rules.

Suspect in custody after shots fired from Marina del Rey rooftop prompt alert in Los Angeles area

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department urged residents of the popular Marina del Rey harbor area to shelter in place late Saturday night after a person fired shots from a rooftop. The sheriff's department said there were no reports of injuries but it issued the order as deputies searched for the suspect, who had left the rooftop.

The sheriff's department told CBS News after a brief search that the suspect had been taken into custody. They did not report any casualties, but said deputies were conducting a final sweep of the building to make sure there was nobody with injuries.
