Jason is the best he is so honest thanx for the credit he honors his word you can always trust them we will always use their service for all of our vessels

We have used Aquarius for multiple services including a complete exterior detail, boat cleaning, hull cleaning, pump out, and engine work in the past 3 weeks. They have provided exceptional customer service, quick response, and quality work. I highly recommend this company for any boat owner in San Diego.

Technically this shouldn't be a review at all, because they weren't able to provide me any services. Let me 'splain. (Sorry, I'll try to condense this) I dragged my salt-water trolling motor out of storage. Sadly, it wouldn't power up. So I messaged my friend Hank, a former employee of Aquarius, who suggested I call Joaquin, one of their mechanics. I left a message for him on Thursday, and he returned my call on Thursday, saying "Sure, we can do that, call the main number and we'll get you scheduled, I think we can get you in Monday or Tuesday". Sounds great, right? It turns out that Nate is the guy that schedules everything, I called at 4 pm on a Friday, and they warned me that I probably wouldn't hear from him until Monday morning. Seems like he could make a scheduling phone call, but whatever... Monday cruises by, I haven't received a return call, so I call back and speak to the office staff at 4 pm, who was very pleasant. She assured me that she would leave another note for Nate, and he would call me Tuesday morning. Guess what? I didn't hear anything from Nate on Tuesday, so I call again at 4 pm, the office staff is again extremely pleasant, and she called Nate, and I guess he was transporting a boat and couldn't talk at that time but would call in the morning. Well, surprise, surprise, I hadn't received a call from Nate on Wednesday, so I called at noon this time, with my patience wearing a bit thin. My new best friend in their office staff called Nate, and he promised to call me in minutes, yay! So finally, I get to speak with Nate, only to find out that they don't work on electric trolling motors at all. After seven days of calls (two with Joaquin, five with Nate--but hey, two of those are weekends), I get to find out that they can actually do...well, nothing for me. He did refer me to another company, which ended up being a dead lead. So what have we learned here? First, it's disappointing when people don't call back. Having to call back day after day after day after day, that's frustrating. Second, there should be someone else besides Nate that can screen calls and figure out what can or can't be done and scheduled. Third, when I was able to talk to people, they were pleasant and businesslike, if I had other boat services that I needed, I would consider them. Just as long as I'm not hoping for a callback.

Would highly recommend. I had a fuel leak on my 42' aft cabin boat and the bilge needed to be cleaned. It was a very hard clean up due to the grim that was combined with the left over fuel after begin pumped out. Their crew did an impeccable job and the company was a pleasure to work, prompt and very efficient.

These guys started off on a good foot, but after only 4 months of service left me baffled with their customer service....or lack there of. My holding tank was 75% full so I called to ask for a pump 2 days ahead of schedule and I warned them it was practically full. They charged me a clean up fee and when I told them they should refund me that money (a woodworker doesn't charge to clean up his sawdust) or I would need to look for another provider, they gave me the refund and said "it's best you go elsewhere". Then, I checked a few days later with my charter company and they said the boat had never been pumped. Fair warning:this is not a place you want to bring your business to.

This review is for the pump out services that I use with this company. I had been stood up by a couple of other pump out companies when I first bought my boat, and these guys were the first that came out on the day they said they would. Keeping appointments seems to be a lost art in the marine industry as a whole, but I have not had any bad experiences with these folks. As a live-aboard boater, it is important to me that I have a reliable pump out service and these guys have been nothing but reliable. There have been one or two occasions that I have needed a last minute pump out because I hadn't looked at the tank indicator and they have accommodated me each time. They are the only pump out service I recommend to my personal customers.

Aquarius is great! My diver Jason is always professional and very knowledgable. They always take the time to explain things to me and the Kris in the office is super nice. At first i was unsure but they went down and took pictures so i could see what was done! I know i can trust them and that means the world to me. Thank you Aquarius!

These guys are great. My large vessel was in trouble and at major risk. They helped me quickly and they knew what to do and what not to do. Their experience showed big time. Everyone I met was courteous and helpful. Great value and service for the Money kept me afloat.

I am very disappointed on how I was treated by this company. They nickeled and dimed for everything and when I went to try and explain myself to the owner, I accused me of trying to get a deal when the fact is, they were scamming me. They don't give you details on what's going on nor do they ask you for your approval if the original quote ends up costing you more to go head with the service. I will NEVER go these guys again. Find another boat service people. Trust me, you're better off!

They have a difficult time managing their books and communications within the company. Always billing problems and they get a premium price compared to the competition for some reason. Equal to the average dock monkeys

We expanded into a full-service yacht maintenance company and in 2015 we added All Bay Marine Services, a sanitation service providing pump out service to round out our Full Service Yacht Maintenance Program. All Bay Marine Services is a professional subsidiary of Aquarius Yacht Services, Inc.

A modern three-star hotel, the Aquarium Hotel is located on the grounds on Moscow's Crocus Expo, the city's largest exhibition center, making it just about the most convenient accommodation option for exhibitors and participants.

Providing a long-awaited solution to the problem of finding adequate accommodation close to the Crocus Expo, the Aquarium Hotel is also conveniently located for Sheremetyevo International Airport, and has good public transport links to the city from Myakinino Metro Station (less than five minutes' walk from the hotel), which is just over a half-hour ride from Ploshchad Revolyutsii, next to Red Square in the very centre of Moscow.
