This is primarily a re-fuelling joint - so dont visit expecting ambiance and the works - visiting Yacht after ages, decently cold beers & booze snacks, their fried sardines was a great surprise. Great Value For Money place to hang with the boys or girls.

This place is really, really cheap to eat and drink. It is a very local bar but still fine for women to go to and even kids are allowed.

Amazing place for a drink. The ambience is not much to talk about as it is a typical Shetty bar. But one of the only few place that you will spot women entering such establishments. A must visit if you want to experince these kind... of bars. The food is good and cheap. The alcohol prices are down right close to MRP and to top that you can smoke inside(except the AC section, Yes they have an AC section with different prices might be like 20-30rs difference). You can visit it alone or with your friends it's always crowded in the evening. Food you should try is chakli schezwan or garlic channa for nibbles, chicken lollypop and paneer crispy for starters and for a meal probably the butter chicken as I haven't tried anything else but I'm pretty sure if you choose anything else it would at least be decent. More

No money no fear! Yacht is here:) Great place if you want to grab a few drinks but don't want to burn a hole in your pocket. I really like the Masala Papad here too!

One of the old haunts in bandra for the locals. This place has the old chai stall charm and the prices are still very economical

Yacht is one of the most unique places in Bandra where you'd mainly find college or young office goers sit over a round of drinks. It is way economical than when you'd probably sit in any restobar and the atmosphere beats most of the posh... bars in the city. You'd certainly get a sniff of the Bandra lingo here and once you get used to this place you're never wanna leave. More

What’s the deal with Bandra West?

When in Mumbai, you simply must visit Bandra. This part of town draws in visitors with its old-meets-new charm, with conserved 17th-century architecture contrasting starkly with uber-chic cafés and to-die-for upscale restaurants. 

The locals may long for the good ol’ days sans busy streets, yet they still nurture a deep sense of community. If you meet any Bandra boy or girl, they’ll seem utterly convinced their area has everything you could possibly need. And once you’ve been here, you’ll most likely agree. From trendy superfood cafés to craft beer bars, streetside shopping to high-end boutiques, the chock-a-block main streets and lazy bylanes of Bandra have it all.

If you only do one thing...

Visit the Bandra Fort , built by the Portuguese in 1534, which offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and the iconic Bandra-Worli Sea Link.

Get cultured

Catch an up-and-coming comic – or a veteran of the Mumbai comedy circuit – at  The Cuckoo Club . A few months back, they had Aziz Ansari perform an incognito after-hours gig here three nights back to back.

From the bylanes of Chapel Road to Chuim village, Bandra’s walls make the perfect blank canvas for local graffiti artists. Grab your camera and head out on an aimless walk around the neighbourhood – you’ll come away with some brilliant snaps. 

Bandra is packed with students, so you can certainly eat on the cheap here. One place that attracts hordes of college-goers is old-school favourite  Candies at Pali Hill, where a simple sandwich and drink costs less than $2. Elsewhere, from vegan shakes to skinny lattes, gluten-free cakes to dairy-free ice creams, Bandra’s food scene caters to everyone. If you’re into your healthy eating, then Farmer’s Café  may be for you. Head to Koinonia Coffee Roasters  in Chuim Village for the perfect cold brew, and  Taj Mahal Tea House  for an array of excellent teas and snacks in a humbly done-out setting. If you’re out late, all roads lead to Sigdi Restaurant  and its moreish butter chicken rolls. 

Whether you’re more into your dive bars or cocktail palaces, Bandra West’s got you. For an authentic Bandra experience, visit  Janta Bar at Pali Hill and team fried fish with beer, or try old school tavern  The Yacht  for cheap-ish drinks of all kinds. Cocktail lovers should head to The Daily for all the mixology classics. The Bandra Reclamation area offers the city’s finest brews at Doolally Taproom  and Brewbot , famous for its heady dark beers.

How to get to Bandra West

Jump on an inner-city train heading westwards and you’ll hit Bandra station. In good weather it can fun exploring Bandra on foot, but you can also hail a rickshaw pretty much anywhere.

The corporate district of Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) is just a short ride away and brims with some of Mumbai’s finest restaurants. We’d also recommend a wander around the ‘fisherman’s village’ of Khar Danda near Carter Road.

Exiled russian oligarch’s 257’ superyacht amaryllis seen towed through palm beach.

The 257’ superyacht Amaryllis apparently owned by exiled Russian oligarch Andrey Borodin was towed past Palm Beach, FL on Friday morning, according to a visual account by CorpGov .

The yacht, whose owner is frequently cited as Mr. Borodin by enthusiast publications, moved slowly through the Lake Worth lagoon where bridges were raised for its passage. A towboat with flashing lights about 150 feet ahead pulled the Amaryllis , built by German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen in 2011.

While CorpGov could not officially confirm Mr. Borodin as the owner of the vessel, his wife, socialite Tatiana Korsakova, has posted dozens of Instagram photos and videos aboard the Amaryllis. A yacht broker interviewed by CorpGov confirmed that Ms. Korsakova is indeed aboard the Amaryllis in the photos and videos.

The sighting comes as billions of dollars in Russian-owned yachts have been seized around the world as a result of international sanctions. CNN has published an extensive list of seized vessels, which were taken in harbor cities including Mallorca, Spain and London.

However, it is unclear if the Amaryllis was being seized or voluntarily towed. Very large yachts often choose to be towed because bridges are required to raise for them, according to the yacht broker.

The former Bank of Moscow chief was granted political asylum in the UK in February 2013 after fleeing what he alleged to be politically-motivated fraud and embezzlement charges. Mr. Borodin would go on to be tried and convicted in abstentia in Russian Court in 2018, but not before managing to enlist a number of prominent American lawmakers to lobby Washington for a U.S. visa. Despite Russian extradition requests to the UK government, Borodin’s controversial attempts to make large donations to the NHS, and the uncovering of an assassination plot against his life, the fugitive banker remains overseas, having been granted access to his Swiss bank accounts and having made several notable London real estate purchases during his time in exile.

Mr. Borodin is widely listed as a billionaire, but his total wealth remains difficult to confirm accurately, with the governments of Switzerland and the Bahamas having been asked to help the Russian government in its legal case. In 2012, Borodin purchased the UK’s then-most expensive home, an 80-hectare 18th-century estate in Oxfordshire, for upwards of $217 million. In 2017 he was granted access to personal Swiss accounts holding a reported $378 million. The Amaryllis was purchased for a reported $120 million.

Mr. Borodin did not immediately respond to an emailed query from CorpGov , while the FBI declined to comment. An emailed query to The Department of Homeland Security was not returned.
