It also uses a Traxxas Velineon 540XL water-cooled engine, one of the best brushless engines for RC boats. It features a direct o. 15-inch flex cable drive system and a 2.4GHz transmitter.

Some of the features of the Velineon VXL 6s Marine ESC are; an integrated water cooling system, a waterproof design, 3 programmable drive profiles similar to that of the Traxxas M41 Catamaran, efficient MOSFET transistors, a thermal and voltage overload protection, as well a throttle neutral setting protection, and locked rotor protection.

Sparta Student Housing was allowed to be developed ahead of an official development plan because the city classified it as a “signature” project. According to the Envision San Jose 2040 General Plan, a “signature” project serves as an example for future developments in San Jose.
