Cruise along the gorgeous turquoise waters of Nassau's coastline abroad the state-of-the-art "Sol-Mate" catamaran. Once you depart the dock and receive our safety briefing, your journey begins as we make our way to the Nassau Harbor. As we cruise through the harbor you'll get to see a number of historical landmarks, celebrity homes, large yachts and the Nassau's best snorkeling spots just off Athol's Island; take the plunge as you snorkel a reef teeming with exotic marine life. Afterwards the bar opens up for you to indulge in delectable appetizers and unlimited exotic cocktails while enjoying the best panoramic views you'll ever set your eyes on. our final stop will be at Rose Island where you can swim or relax on the beach before heading back on board.

One of the highlights of my trip! The natural beauty of this region is unimaginable. Snorkeling was delightful, and I loved getting to experience the beautiful and active coral reef. Back on the boat, the DJ made it a real party! We all enjoyed relaxing on the island and everyone danced on the way back. It was a blast!

My husband and I went on a Rum Tour in the Bahamas. It was such a wonderful experience and the tour guide was full of knowledge and we learned all the history behind Piracy and Rum manufacturing. There was lots of Rum tasting at various stops, wine tasting and we tasted handmade chocolates also. We stopped at a handmade cigar factory where the employees were making the cigars, you could also purchase cigars of different grades. The tour ended with us making a Rum Cocktail! We highly recommend this tour. We booked with Avis the sales rep for Island Routes on Sandals Royal Bahamian resort. She was so lovely and friendly and helped us pick the right trip. Thank you Avis.

We’ve loved booking our trips through Island Routes! We are in the Bahamas for a week and booked the Reggae Catamaran Cruise, the ATV tour, and the snorkeling tour with the pigs and sea turtles. We initially booked the first 2 excursions and then had to go back to book another one. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We especially loved working with Avis. She has such a positive and joyful energy and it is contagious! She was very knowledgeable and informative while still giving us space and time to think about which ones we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on our all day excursion swimming with pigs, snorkeling with sea turtles, eating lunch at a private island restaurant, and enjoying the exclusive pink sand beaches! The speedboat captain and crew of Born Free Tours made our trip fun and entertaining. Our trip Advisor and Island Routes representative, Avis, at the Sandals Royal Bahamian resort, was awesome! She helped us change the original date of our excursion to a different day in order to best accommodate our itinerary. Searostrattus Adventures and Private Charters: Half-Day or Full-Day

On board our 26-foot "Searostrattus" speed boat, you can snorkel at nearby reefs and see aquatic life, including turtles, tropical fish, coral, and more. Stroll, tan on beautiful white-sand beaches, or pull up in shallow waters on a nearby island to enjoy the crystal-clear waters. Additional activities such as fishing or Swimming Pigs experience are available.

Nassau Catamaran Sailing and Snorkeling Tour

There's something special about the serenity of a Sail and Snorkel Cruise across the blue waters of the Bahamas. With the whisper of the waves on the hull and the gentle warm ocean breezes across the bow, you will soon feel your cares slipping away on Nassau tours like this.

Board your waiting catamaran and set out on an adventure to one of the most beautiful reefs near Nassau. The boat features a spacious deck area, shaded as well as open to the warm Bahamian sun, so there is a place for everyone attending this Nassau catamaran tour. The boat also has two bathrooms on board. As you sail to the reef, your crew will pass out the included snorkeling gear and give instruction on snorkeling.

Depending on the sea and weather conditions that day, your captain will set a course to a location where you will have the best Nassau snorkeling experience. Upon arrival at the snorkeling spot, your crew will join you in the water to answer any questions or concerns you might have about snorkeling before you explore the wonderful underwater world of coral and marine life. Snorkeling is from the boat in water that will be over your head. Flotation vests are required while in the water and come in large and small sizes. You'll need to provide your own vests for small children and infants. Time at the reef is approximately 60 minutes. As water temperature is usually 75-80 degrees in the winter and warmer in the summer months, wetsuits are not required or provided.

After your time in the water, climb back on board via the snorkeler friendly "Stairway to the Sea," and feel the wind in your hair as your catamaran makes the approximate one-hour sail towards home. There is a one hour open bar for the ride back to the marina so enjoy a nice cocktail! The boat returns to Paradise Island and you will disembark near the Atlantis Resort. Guests are responsible for their own transportation back to the cruise pier at their own expense (not included).

Please Note: It is the captain's intention to use the sails as often as possible. If for any reason the captain feels the use of sails is not safe or conducive to a prompt return, whether it is related to weather, mechanical, or any other unforeseen situation, they will use the motor.

All cancellations of, or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. Rasanno Limited will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF TOUR OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED.

Refund Policy: No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of your tour not utilized.

Changes to Reservations: All requested changes to reservations are subject to Rasanno Limited; sole discretion, and any changes must be approved in writing.

Guest HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES that Rasanno Limited, and the hotel, their parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, directors, officers, employees, successors, assigns, agents or representatives, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE to Guest for liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense in any circumstances, for: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY ANY ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY Guest(s) and/or Operators of tours, excluding tours identified as being owned by Rasanno Limited; (B) EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL SUFFERING, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY OF ANY KIND; OR (C) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. This specifically includes but is not limited to liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY food or drink consumed at third party facilities belonging to third party Operators of tours.

Rasanno Limited cannot guarantee that it will satisfy special requests and we are not responsible if such requests are not met.

VENUE AND CHOICE OF LAW

ALL CLAIMS WHATSOEVER AGAINST Rasanno Limited, ITS AFFILIATES, PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS, ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR INCIDENTAL TO THE CONTRACT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE FORMATION, INTERPRETATION, CONSTRUCTION, WAIVER, MODIFICATION, PERFORMANCE, DISCHARGE, OR BREACH OF THE CONTRACT, OR THE EXISTENCE, EXTENT, OR BREACH OF ANY FIDUCIARY DUTY, OR ANY DUTY IN TORT OR PURSUANT TO ANY STATUTE, SHALL BE LITIGATED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE EXCURSION AND/OR TOUR IS OPERATED, AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE EXCURSION AND/OR TOUR IS OPERATED WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CHOICE OF LAW PRINCIPLES THEREOF.

USE OF GUEST'S LIKENESS

The undersigned Guest(s) irrevocably consents to and authorizes the use and reproduction by Rasanno Limited, or anyone authorized by Rasanno Limited, of any and all photographic, video and other visual portrayal(s) of the undersigned Guest(s), their child or ward, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in magazines, brochures, flyers, television, internet, and websites displays without further reference or compensation. All rights, title and interest therein (including all worldwide copyrights therein) shall be the sole property of Rasanno Limited, or anyone authorized by Rasanno Limited, free from any claims by the undersigned Guest(s) and or any person deriving any rights or interest from such Guest, AND each undersigned Guest(s) UNDERSTANDS AND HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY SO AGREES.

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAW

Guest is responsible for knowing, obeying and complying with the laws and regulations of their destination, and neither Rasanno Limited, nor any Tour Supplier, nor the hotel, has any duty to inform or warn Guest about the destination's laws and/or regulations.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Jamaica, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. Use of this Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Rasanno Limited as a result of this agreement or use of this Web site.

Performance of this agreement by Rasanno Limited is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by Rasanno Limited with respect to such use.

Florida woman dies aboard Bahamas cruise, cocaine found in cabin

A Florida woman was found dead on a cruise ship while traveling to the Bahamas earlier this week and police later confiscated cocaine from her cabin, local officials say. 

The 27-year-old woman, who has not been identified, was found unresponsive in her cabin Monday at around 5:30 p.m., the Royal Bahamas Police Force said in a statement. 

A team of medical personnel from the ship rushed to try and revive her by performing CPR but no vital signs of life were detected, and she was declared dead, police said.

Police discovered and confiscated a quantity of suspected cocaine from the cabin during their investigation and arrested a 32-year-old Florida man, police said. 

An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death while an investigation is continuing.

It is unclear what the man’s relationship was with the deceased woman.

Police did not say what ship or cruise liner she was traveling with at the time. 

FOX Business reached out to the Royal Bahamas Police for further information pertaining to the incident but did not immediately receive a reply.

The news comes a few weeks after a Virginia couple was allegedly attacked and killed aboard their catamaran yacht in the tourist hot spot of Grand Anse Beach in Grenada. 

It also comes about a month after two Kentucky women say they were drugged and sexually assaulted on Grand Bahama Island having docked from their trip aboard a Carnival Cruise vessel.
