The Princess X80, follows the X95 concept defined by large, adaptable spaces offering flexible accommodation. Yet again, Princess is boldly re-writing the rules of yacht design and architecture by incorporating the concept of a ‘super flybridge’ featuring extensive outdoor space, offering the owner & guests a real al fresco living opportunity. The X80 has been painstakingly designed to offer the most versatile and accommodating experience, while keeping design and style at the forefront.

The stature of the X80 profile is defined through the increased height of the bulwarks, topsides and enclosed wheelhouse. Her ‘S’ shaped canopy flows into the flybridge deck to balance the visual weight and disguise the volume of the expansive sky lounge. The X80 brings the outside in through the maximisation of glazing which flows along the entire length of the main deck encasing the saloon, galley and forward dining area.

About Princess X95

The flagship of the X range from the British yard Princess Yachts offers an innovative layout. With a top deck extending all the way aft, a massive bow lounge and an enclosed wheel house on the top deck, she offers an incredible interior volume. He bow lounge is split on two levels, between an on-deck spa surrounded by loungers on the top deck as well as a private lounge for the owner on the main deck. 

The yacht is one of the latest design to grace the seas, coming from the renowned Princess yard in England. The exterior offers a radical take on yacht design, with a continuous upper deck, from the bow lounge to the upper aft deck. Creating a large continuous space, with a raised enclosed pilothouse and featuring a spa, the upper deck is worthy of much large yachts. 

The master suite is located on the main deck, wind floor to ceiling windows, a rare feat for a yacht in her class. With an ensuite bath, a small lounge and a walk-in closet, there’s nothing missing in the master suite. The remaining guest accommodations can be found on the lower deck, with two VIPs and two Guest suites.

The tender is stored on the oversized swim platform, ideal to free some space in the transom, allowing the yacht to offer an incredible interior volume.

Mum who saved baby girl from super yacht which killed 1 and left 6 missing describes horrifying experience

A British mum who managed to save her daughter from a yacht that capsized off the coast of Italy yesterday during a storm has revealed she used 'all her strength' to keep the baby afloat.

Charlotte Golunski and her daughter Sophia were among those to have thankfully survived the heartbreaking incident , which has killed one person and seen six left missing.

The colossal ship sank in the port of Porticello in Sicily on Monday (19 August), after it found itself it the eye of violent storm at sunrise.

A total of 15 people - including Charlotte, her daughter, and her husband James Emsilie - were thankfully rescued from the sinking ship early in the morning.

Speaking to The Times, the horrified mother explained that her family were on the deck when the boat began sinking beneath the water, having been woken up by 'thunder, lightning and waves that made our boat dance'.

"It was the end of the world and my husband and I were struggling to stand up,” she recalled.

It was then that the trio were thrown into the crashing depths below, with Charlotte having temporarily lost hold of her baby girl 'for two seconds'.

"It was all dark," she told press. "In the water, I couldn’t keep my eyes open.

"I screamed for help but all I could hear around me was the screams of others."

Thankfully, Charlotte was able to find her daughter in the water and held her close.

Feeling the weight begin to pull them under the water, however, she was forced to make the decision to hold the infant above her head in an attempt to prevent her from drowning.

Charlotte said she held her daughter 'afloat with all my strength, my arms stretched upwards to keep her from drowning'.

Her prayers were answered when a lifeboat approached the mother-daughter pair, and pulled the duo to safety.

"Many were shouting, and luckily the lifeboat inflated and 11 of us were able to climb in," Charlotte continued.

James was also saved, and the family-of-three was taken to hospital for treatment.

Twelve passengers who were travelling within the vessel - known as the Bayesian, which flies under the British flag - were guests, while 10 were crew.

Among those who have been saved is the ship's captain, according to a member of the coastguard.

Sadly, six other passengers - including British tech boss Mike Lynch - are still remain missing at sea.

A helicopter was quickly dispatched, as well as several rescue boats from the coastguard, the local fire department and the civil protection service, in the hope of finding those still lost at sea.

Charlotte told press that she and her family had been guests on the boat, having been invited by her boss.

She added at the time that she wasn't sure who'd been saved yet.

"We left London in a group of nine or 10 with Sophia — all employees and collaborators of our software company," she explained.

We were all guests of our boss, a good person, extraordinary, who they may not yet have saved."

According to local Italian media, the body of one individual - believed to be the yacht's on-board chef - was found near the shipwreck.

Jaden Smith’s ex-girlfriend Sab Zada responded to claims he cheated on her after he was seen kissing another woman on a yacht.

When one person wrote via X Wednesday, “Seriously imagine being a women (sic) who’s healing from a break up after being cheated on and people online saying they understand why he did it 💔 that’s insane,” Zada simply replied , “Thank you.”

The musician — born Sabrina Zada — appeared to confirm Smith cheated by acknowledging the user’s statement and she did not deny the allegations, either.

Smith’s rep did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on the cheating claims.

Earlier this week, Smith was caught packing on the PDA with model Khleopatre while in Ibiza, according to photos obtained by TMZ .

The “Karate Kid” star and the “Fight Like a Woman” singer were seen passionately kissing as he placed his hand on her backside.

When the pair took a dip in the clear blue water, they couldn’t keep their lips off each other.

Smith, 26, wore pink and blue swim shorts over a pair of black Calvin Klein cotton boxer briefs for the summer outing.

Meanwhile, Khleopatre, 23. left little to the imagination in a black thong bikini.

However, since the release of the photos, Zada also blasted fans who had “mean things” to say about her, Smith and Khleopatre on social media.

“this is a horrible and disappointing situation but if everyone can try to be a little bit kinder, these are all real people with real feelings,” the “You & I” singer, 25, wrote via X Wednesday.

“and saying all these mean things about any of these people is honestly just hurtful, it’s not as helpful as yall might think it is. Maybe it’s funny for a moment but after a while its just a reminder of heartache for everyone.”

Smith’s public display of affection with Khleopatre comes less than two weeks after he was spotted holding hands with Zada while enjoying a night out at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood, Calif.

Smith and Zada were first romantically linked in 2020 after being spotted leaving a movie theater together.

What makes the Princess X Class so different?

Over the years, Princess has carved out a very distinct reputation for itself. With its V Class sports yachts, its established trio of flybridge-equipped motoryacht lines and its range-topping M Class superyachts, it has become known for highly bespoke luxury, for the quality of its construction and for a proprietorial approach, which continues to see almost everything designed, developed and built in-house.

It’s a formula that has worked well. Based in Plymouth at the traditional maritime hub of England’s southwest, the company we see today employs more than 2,400 people across seven manufacturing plants, producing more than 300 boats a year. But for an established boat builder enjoying consistent success, its most recent launches seem like quite radical tangents. In 2018, we saw the launch of the R35, with its full carbon fibre construction and its world-first Active Foil System (AFS); and with the emergence of the new X95, we are now seeing that same freethinking ingenuity applied to the higher end of the Princess fleet.

With both main and fly decks that extend virtually the entire length of the yacht, allied to an enclosed, climate-controlled Sky Lounge and flexible open-plan layouts, the X95 appears to fuse the space and luxury of a superyacht with the range and purpose of a compact explorer vessel. In fact, with a relatively high superstructure and vast glass panels, tempered by the use of long, elegant horizontal lines, her volume-optimised design brings with it a striking external aesthetic that almost feels like the pioneer for a fresh form of motoryacht. To find out what really makes the new X95 special, we talked to Alan Knight, UK Sales Manager at Princess Motor Yacht Sales.

What’s different about the X Class? The X95 is a unique design for us – one that has allowed us to take fresh steps toward the next generation of Princess. It’s much more open plan; there’s far more volume and space, but we’re still keeping it under the crucial 24-metre load line length, so it can still be an owner-crewed and driven boat and that’s quite an important thing. In addition to the sheer volume of space, the X95’s design means it’s pretty much the last size of boat you can graduate to while still keeping running costs at what you might call the pleasure boating level.

So is her chief strength the sheer volume? It’s certainly one of them. Generally, if you go back five to ten years, then to get the same volume, you’d need a far larger boat – one that might take you into an ownership bracket you’d rather not inhabit. And that’s the beauty of the X95. When we get people on board, they’re just blown away by the amount of space on offer and that sensation isn’t confined to the main deck. With the X95, it feels just as spacious, whichever level you choose to inhabit.

Tell us the thinking behind that enormous fly deck. On the very top deck you have a raised wheelhouse area that can be opened up or closed off as you wish. So if you have a captain and crew on board and you want a separate sofa area for guests, that’s easily achieved – and further aft, that flexibility gets even better. The flybridge aft deck area is basically a large flat space and, while we have various designs that can be utilised here, it’s almost a blank canvas that the customer can use to refine his favoured layouts, furniture choices and applications. As long as the client doesn’t request anything so heavy that it threatens to disrupt the boat’s balance, the X95 brings with it supreme flexibility, enabling you to make it almost as bespoke as you want.

Does Princess assist the customer in that tailoring process? Absolutely. With any of our boats at this sort of size, you spend a lot of time with our interior and exterior designers and our tech teams to ensure that, if there are particular things you want to achieve with a space, it can be made to happen. As long as it doesn’t involve the structure or the stability of the boat, almost every customer request can be dovetailed with the base design to create exactly the boat the client wants. Of course, any boat of this size brings the owner the luxury of choice but the X95 enables us to deliver that to an extraordinary degree.

Is there anything special about the construction of the yacht? We’ve been working a great deal with Pininfarina. They were involved with the R35 and they’ve also been involved with our recent flybridge designs, so their DNA can be seen in some of the style lines you see here. We’ve also been working for a long time now with resin infusion, which allows us to go lower into the boat and further out toward the sides, enabling us to utilise the space in a much more efficient way. And it’s worth noting that Princess is also very committed to interior style. We’ve got our own in-house styling team, which constantly monitors what’s going on in the world, whether it be private jets, supercars or high-end apartments in London. They monitor all of these markets and absorb anything that can be usefully fed into boat design. This means that, when the owner gets out of his private jet and steps on board his yacht, certain features, certain styles, certain designs that he is familiar with can be carried over and implemented there too.

So who is the customer for the new Princess X95? On this size and flexibility of boat, it could easily be quite varied. It could be for charter use. It could also be for owners who have reached a certain point in their lives when they have more in the way of diary time – people who have a few months rather than a few weeks of the year to go exploring. After all, this is a boat that gives you more running time; more freedom to move around on board; and, with its long-distance range and the internal flexibility of its spaces, it’s a yacht that can take you in comfort to almost any cruising region in the world.
