Keighley and district model engineering society (kdmes) has members from all walks of life. the common interest is in mechanical and nautical models, with our main interests being yachts, steam trains, scale and power boats.. Keighley model railway club 7mm festival is a 2 day event being held from saturday 9th & sunday 10th march 2019 at the university academy keighley in keighley, united kingdom. this event showcases products like social area as large as some model railway clubs, for you to meet and chat with other club members etc.. Hundreds of model boat fans moored up yeadon town hall for the leeds and bradford model boat club’s yorkshire model marine expo. the 200 exhibits on show included the titanic and the royal yacht.

Keighley and District Model Aircraft Club

KADMAC was founded to promote and co-ordinate the efforts of experienced modellers to assist less experienced modellers in gaining the most from the sport of building and flying model aircraft.

There are many different groups within KADMAC flying; Helicopter, Fixed-Wing, Gliders, and many subcategories including electric, indoor, ready-to-fly, aerobatic, scale. There are of course,  those who will fly many disciplines. A relatively new addition to the KADMAC events is the hosting of indoor meets, were people fly various models in a sports hall, this is quite often very entertaining and takes a lot of skill.

At KADMAC there is everything an aero modeller could wish for in a club of this type, there is the social side with the monthly club meetings and activities at the flying sites, there is the expertise of experienced modellers who will assist beginners with building and flight training, there are flying sites for all disciplines of the hobby, a free Bi-Monthly newsletter, club events and competitions, as well as the insurance cover provided when you join the club.

As a first step, prospective new members should attend one of our monthly social meetings. These are held on the first Tuesday of each month, starting at 7.30pm. on the upper floor of the Parkside Social Club, Haworth. All Welcome.

PAPA Yacht à moteur à vendre

PAPA is a 55m (180.4ft) motor yacht of 671GT with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure constructed to Lloyd’s classification. Delivered by Dutch specialist Amels in 2019 with sweeping Tim Heywood exteriors and contemporary Laura Sessa interiors, she is one of the highly successful Amels 180 Limited Editions series. MCA-classified, she is currently a crowd-pleasing charter yacht in the Burgess fleet, offsetting running costs for her current owner.

PAPA is a 55m (180.4ft) motor yacht of 671GT with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure constructed to Lloyd’s classification. Delivered by Dutch specialist Amels in 2019 with sweeping Tim Heywood exteriors and contemporary Laura Sessa interiors, she is one of the highly successful Amels 180 Limited Editions series. MCA-classified, she is currently a crowd-pleasing charter yacht in the Burgess fleet, offsetting running costs for her current owner.

A huge split-level sun deck has a fully equipped bar, open-air dining, Teppanyaki grill and a flip-down TV beneath the hardtop and a very large versatile space aft for sun lounging, exercise or entertainment. Forward is a raised jacuzzi for eight guests, sunpads and more sun lounging space that doubles as a touch-and-go helipad.

The upper deck aft is another large entertainment space with open-air dining and buffet bar beneath the overhang and a sun lounge aft. Forward is a Portuguese bridge accessed via the upper deck lobby to starboard, with a dayhead to port, and there is tender and toy stowage on the foredeck with a deck crane for launching.

On the main deck aft is an aft-facing C-shaped sofa with sun lounge banquette aft and steps lead down either side to a spacious swim platform and a sea-level beach club with dayhead. From the main deck aft the starboard sidedeck leads to the main lobby where there is a dayhead. Balconies fold down port and starboard and doors open into the dining area of the main saloon to bring the outside in.

Large picture windows keep the main saloon bright. The large fully equipped bar aft is perfect for entertainment and lounge ideal for socialising and there is a formal dining area forward. The upper deck sky lounge has a media lounge forward facing a large bulkhead-mounted screen. Aft of that is a gaming table and a custom-made table football game themed on the yacht’s decor.

She welcomes 10 guests in five suites. The full-beam owner’s suite is forward on the main deck and features a folding balcony to starboard, a great place for a private breakfast. The en suite has a bath and shower, there are his-and-hers dressing rooms and a private office. The lower deck has two VIP double cabins with walk-in wardrobes and en suite with shower, and two double cabins, both en suite, one of the double cabins can convert into a twin configuration.

Twin 1,308hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 14 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,500nm with fin stabilisers keeping the passage comfortable.

OSPREY is a fine example of a very hard-to-come-by 2016 Hunt Harrier 26 powered with the optional Yamaha 300hp outboard motor with only 215 hours. Lift-kept with custom sun covers, she shows beautifully with her Stars & Stripes blue hull, Oyster White boot stripe and black bottom. In 2018 the Yamaha outboard motor was painted to match the gelcoat and a faux teak transom was applied, nice custom touches done by the Hinckley Company. Properly maintained and serviced (full outboard motor service, with computer check and compression test, March 2022) make OSPREY a true ‘turn key’ offering. Drone flying toward Moscow downed in Elektrostal

MOSCOW, November 19. A drone flying to Moscow has been downed by air defense systems in Elektrostal in the Moscow Region, no one was hurt, Moscow’s Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said on Sunday.

"In the Elektrostal municipal district, air defense forces repelled an attack by a drone, which was flying toward Moscow. According to preliminary data, its fragments fell down incurring no damage. No one was hurt," he wrote on his Telegram channel .

According to the Moscow mayor, emergencies services are working on the site.
