Armstrong Summer Camps

Challenger sports – soccer camps.

Join us for an International Soccer Camp without leaving your area! Coached by our team of international and US-based staff, our week-long half-day and full-day soccer camps improve your child’s soccer skills whilst providing a unique cultural experience.

Legacy Equestrian Summer Camp

Day Campers will enjoy lots of hands-on horse time with our group of wonderful, experienced horses. Outside of riding time, there is lots of fun to be had playing in the open fields, taking care of the horses, and a chance to cool off indoors with some neat activities and get soaking wet on those really hot days.

Mackenzie Camp

All camps are open to every gender and offer many activities including canoeing on Mabel Lake, climbing wall, archery, low-ropes challenge course, crafts, wide games, hiking, and swimming.

Kelowna Summer Camps

Airhouse kelowna – skateboarding and trampoline camps.

BC SPCA camps include various animal-themed indoor and outdoor activities, games, and crafts.

Camp OAC – Day Camp or Overnight Camp

Camp OAC is an Anglican children’s summer camp located just outside of Kelowna on Okanagan Lake. They have over 50 acres of land including beaches and forests which makes them a truly nature-based experience.

Creative Flow Craft Studio – Craft Camps

Full-day or half-day options to suit your needs! Each week offers an overarching theme with opportunities for group and individual activities and exploration based on a child-led, emergent curriculum.

Elevation Outdoors – Intro to Adventure Summer Camps

Mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, adventure parks, and more! EnergyPlex – Day Camps

Kelowna Gymnastix – Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, and Parkour Camps

Their dynamic, Gymnastics BC-trained instructors will lead campers through a mix of games and training exercises to build their skills while maintaining a safe and fun environment. They offer a variety of camps for a range of ages – beginners are always welcome!

Kelowna Art Gallery – Art Adventures Camp

Art Adventures are week-long art camps for children ages 6 to 12. Each week explores a different theme and a variety of art materials, techniques, and creative approaches to making art. Class sizes are limited so children receive one-on-one instruction in a friendly, non-competitive environment.

Kelowna Yacht Club – Youth Sailing Camps

In these camps, students will learn everything about sailing, including the terminology, theory, water safety, and knot-tying.

Kees Tae Kwon Do – Martial Arts Camp, no experience is required!

Our camp offers a dynamic blend of karate and enriching activities, designed to foster 8 essential life skills including Teamwork and Respect. Led by expert Black Belt instructors, children of all levels, from beginner to advanced, dive into martial arts in a safe and fun atmosphere. Kelowna Actors Studio – Summer Theatre Camps

They offer a variety of summer camps for children in 2024 including Moana Jr., the Lion King Kids, Alice in Wonderland Jr., and Fame Jr.

Kelowna Paddle Centre – Paddling, Canoe, and Kayak Camps

Get your kids out on the water this summer with our fun and friendly ‘Stand Up Paddling, Outrigger Canoe & Kayak Kids Summer Camp’. Their Kids Camp is a friendly introduction to a variety of paddling styles. With a low instructor-to-participant ratio of 1:6, your child will benefit from this engaging, hands-on program delivered by our experienced friendly instructors.

Kore Dance Project

Spend your summer at The Kore. They offer a variety of summer camps for children of all ages including cirque mania, fairy tale fun, little dreamers, and dance fusion.

Kyra Londos – Horse Camps

Their camp days begin by getting the horses ready for riding.  Each camper will ride a minimum of an hour-long lesson each day. This camp includes riding, riding, more riding, games, horsemanship, liberty, and more!

Lakehouse Kitchens Cooking School – Junior Bakers & Junior Cooks Camp

RINK – Hockey Summer Camps

Located at Rutland Twin Arena, EDGE Skating Camps are half-day (4 hr) hockey camps that deliver one of the most comprehensive skating curriculums to players looking to get the edge next season. RINK Skill Camps focus on developing specific skills that transfer to in-game situations.

Work of Art Pottery Studio – Pottery Camp

Every day is a new artistic adventure!  Kids will work with clay, ceramics, paint, canvas, and other art forms to create their own Works of Art.  A new theme every week. Their pony camp is suited for beginner riders learning to walk and trot on the lead line. Each day will include lessons in farm safety rules, understanding horse behavior, and riding.

We welcome children from other schools to join us at our Summer Day Camp at Uplands Elementary School.  Every morning will be themed based on a special activity. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joys of sailing. That’s why our Club offers affordable, safe boating classes and sailing lessons to members and the public alike. Many children and adults have learned to sail through lessons offered at the Club.

The Kelowna Yacht Club is currently accepting applications for Regular, Junior, Intermediate, and Corporate memberships. A limited number of moorage slips are also available for vessels under 28′. To start the application process, please complete our Inquiry Form here.

Our highly sought-after Lifestyle Memberships are currently at capacity and applications are only accepted as vacancies of these memberships occur. To receive updates and to be notified when openings occur, please complete our Inquiry Form here.

Get the full club experience.

Enjoy full clubhouse privileges for you and your spouse. Our Regular Members are eligible to hold a moorage slip in our secure facilities and hold voting privileges.

One-time Initiation Fee: $11,000 (Can be split into 2 installments)

You don’t need to be a boater to enjoy the club. Lifestyle (social) memberships are designed for those who want to enjoy the facility, special events, and dining with an amazing view. On-the-dock kayak and paddleboard storage are available to get you out on the water, either on your own paddle vessel or a rental from the Club.

Enjoy full clubhouse privileges for up to six designated members from your business. Corporate memberships are eligible to hold one moorage slip and showcase your business on the docks with a corporate plaque. This membership is designed for social and active 19 to 29 year olds. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the patio with friends and family, or race in a regatta across Okanagan Lake, there’s a whole lot of fun to be had at the club.

One-time Initiation Fee*: $11,000/$5,500 (split annually until 30th birthday)

Annual Dues: $236

*Note: The initiation fee is waived for all Junior Members who advance to a Regular or Intermediate membership!

We love inspiring the next generation of watersport enthusiasts. Our Junior memberships are perfect for those 9-18 year olds who love to get out on the water.
