Look for Hunts, unique datapads with tracking data, in non-Ranked Battle Royale matches to discover and be assigned a Prey squad for you to hunt to their elimination—or yours. Hunts are available across the map and can be activated at any time during the match. Initiate a Hunt and let the tracking begin!

Enemy squads will be randomly selected and marked as Prey for a limited-time. Keep a watchful eye as Hunters will receive updated tracking data while they’re on the prowl. And tread lightly, your Prey will be warned once you’re within a dangerous range of them (~70m). Each time a Hunt is activated, another squad is selected to be the Hunters and a second one becomes the Prey. Succeed in your tracking for a bonus reward, but if you fall to your Prey then the reward will be bestowed upon them instead. Don’t stay still for long, your squad could be next.

Debate about religion ends with man stabbed multiple times outside Palm Coast gas station

A man was stabbed multiple times Sunday night after a conversation about religion turned into a heated debate outside a gas station in Palm Coast, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office said.

A second victim was not stabbed but the suspect struck him multiple times with his fists leaving a large contusion on the second victim's lower back and a bruise on his right side, investigators said.

Hunter Detherow, 22, of Palm Coast was arrested on Monday at his Forsythe Lane home and charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He was being held Tuesday at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on $300,000 bail.

Sheriff's investigators said they were called Sunday to a home where they found a man holding a blood-soaked cloth over his neck. The victim had multiple lacerations to his neck and back, and a deep puncture wound on his left side, deputies said.

Deputies provided life-saving measures to prevent further blood loss until Flagler County fire paramedics arrived on the scene. The victim was transported as a trauma alert to Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, investigators said.

The victims told deputies that around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, they rode their electric bicycles from a home to the Circle K gas station on Palm Harbor Parkway where they encountered Detherow sitting at a picnic bench outside. He struck up a conversation with them and, after a few minutes, the topic turned to religion, investigators said.

Detherow became upset and the conversation turned into a heated debate, and that's when Detherow began hitting one man and then stabbed the other, deputies said.

Detherow ran through a wooded area behind Circle K after the fight. Both victims rode their electric bicycles back to the residence and, after assessing their injuries, called 911, the sheriff's office said.

Sheriff's deputies searched the wooded area that evening but couldn't locate the suspect. The next day, Detherow was arrested at his home on Forsythe Lane.

“You don’t solve disagreements by attacking someone," said Sheriff Rick Staly in a social media post. "When people talk religion or politics, often someone gets offended, but getting your feelings hurt doesn’t give you the right to physically harm someone else."

Warren Luhrs, founder of Hunter Marine began in the boat building business, first with his father and brother at Henry Luhrs Sea Skiffs and then Silverton Sea Skiffs. Both companies were quite successful. Being an avid sailor, Luhrs had the idea of applying production line efficiencies to the sailing industry. In 1973, the first Hunter sailboat was launched. This was the HUNTER 25, designed by John Cherubini. This boat, as well as may models that followed were extremely well received. Hunter Marine soon became a major force in the sailboat industry. Luhrs became involved in single handed ocean racing and set many records aboard Thursday’s Child and Hunter’s Child. These floating test beds became the basis for many of the innovations that have appeared in Hunter production models. These include B & R rigs, arches and water-ballast. Hunter was sold in August 2012 to Mr. David E. Marlow, builder of Marlow Yachts.

This Week's Impeachment Inquiry Hearing Is Already Kind Of A Mess

WASHINGTON — The top two witnesses Republicans wanted to call for Wednesday’s impeachment inquiry hearing won’t be there after all, and a third will have to do so from federal prison.

Democrats , meanwhile, announced Tuesday they had invited Lev Parnas, a Ukrainian American with extensive knowledge of Republican efforts to dig up fake dirt on Joe Biden , to be their expert witness.

In short: The hearing is already a bit of a mess.

The impeachment inquiry itself, of course, has also been a bit of a mess, as Republicans have struggled to substantiate corruption allegations against the president.

Republicans had hoped the president’s son, Hunter Biden, would testify this week alongside former business associates Devon Archer, Tony Bobulinski and Jason Galanis, all of whom have previously spoken to lawmakers in formal interviews behind closed doors. (Galanis was interviewed at a federal facility in Alabama where he’s serving 14 years for fraud.)

Despite his previous willingness to testify in public, the president’s son refused a request earlier this month from House Oversight Committee chair James Comer (R-Ky.) to participate in a public hearing. Comer has nonetheless said he still expects the younger Biden to show up on Wednesday.

In a Monday letter obtained by HuffPost, Archer’s attorney complained that nobody had contacted him about the hearing until late Friday afternoon, saying a previous request had apparently gone to the wrong lawyer. He said there wasn’t enough time to prepare Archer’s written testimony.

“It is not remotely reasonable to ask an important witness in what is sure to be a closely-watched public hearing that the Committee has provocatively entitled ‘Influence Peddling: Examining Joe Biden’s Abuse of Public Office’ to prepare witness testimony in one business day, and to prepare to give public testimony in less than three business days — particularly when he is traveling,” the lawyer said.

Archer may have been Republicans’ best witness so far. He worked with Hunter Biden for years and helped the Ukrainian gas company Burisma recruit him to its board in 2014. Republicans have claimed Hunter Biden’s ties to Burisma prompted Joe Biden, when he was vice president in 2015, to make Ukraine fire a prosecutor looking into the company — an allegation State Department officials have repeatedly debunked and that the Treasury Department has essentially labeled as Russian propaganda .

Archer told lawmakers during his interview last summer that he recalled Burisma officials asking Hunter Biden to “call D.C.” for help with unspecified government pressures in December 2015. Republicans have tried to make the phone call — which Archer said he didn’t actually witness —into evidence that Hunter Biden asked his dad get the Ukrainian prosecutor fired . In his own deposition last month, Hunter Biden said no such phone call happened.

Parnas first offered to testify in a letter to Comer last year, describing his efforts in 2018 and 2019 to help Donald Trump’s then-attorney, Rudy Giuliani, find incriminating material about the Bidens in Ukraine.

“Throughout all these months of work, the extensive campaigns and networking done by Trump allies and Giuliani associates, including the enormously thorough interviews and assignments that I undertook, there has never been any evidence that Hunter or Joe Biden committed any crimes related to Ukrainian politics,” Parnas wrote. “Never, during any of my communications with Ukrainian officials or connections to Burisma, did any of them confirm or provide concrete facts linking the Bidens to illegal activities.”

Bobulinski, one of the other witnesses expected to testify on Wednesday, first spoke out against the Bidens during a 2020 press conference arranged by Donald Trump’s campaign.

In his private interview with lawmakers in February, Bobulinski claimed Joe Biden was part of his son’s business schemes and that he “personally met with Joe Biden in Los Angeles in May of 2017 multiple times to discuss the broad contours of our business dealings.” At the time, Bobulisnki was part of a group with Hunter Biden working on an ill-fated investment deal with a Chinese company.

However, the actual conversations Bobulinski describes with Joe Biden are mostly social. After Hunter Biden introduced them in a hotel bar, Bobulinski told Joe Biden about his family’s military service, and Biden “talked about some of the things they had dealt with as a family, their appreciation for the military and stuff like that.”

Hunter Biden and his uncle James didn’t say much during the meeting, Bobulinski said, according to the transcript of his interview . “And then we ... called it a night.”

The next day, after Joe Biden made a speech at a conference in the hotel, Bobulinski said he met Biden backstage and walked with him to his car.

“In the walk out to the car, you know, he thanked me,” Bobulinski said. “And I just remember a comment of, ‘Hey, you know, look out for my brother and son and, you know, thank you for what you’re doing’ kind of thing.’”

In his jailhouse interview, Galanis ― who was indicted alongside Archer over a scheme to rip off a native tribe ― recalled a similar interaction with Joe Biden when Hunter Biden briefly put his father on speakerphone. (Hunter Biden said he recalled meeting Galanis once for 30 minutes and didn’t work with him.)

“The Vice President said, ‘Hello,’ and some pleasantries, ‘Hope you had safe travels,’ and seemed like he wanted to bring the call to an end by saying, ‘Okay, you be good to my boy,’” Galanis said, according to the transcript .

Bill Self drops Hunter Dickinson, Kevin McCullar Jr. injury update after NCAA Tournament reveal

T he Kansas Jayhawks and head coach Bill Self had a poor finish to the 2023-24 season and into the Big 12 Tournament. Despite that, the Jayhawks, with a 22-10 record, were selected as a No. 4 seed in Midwest Regional. But the biggest question facing Kansas is the health of their top two players in Kevin McCullar Jr. and Hunter Dickinson. Following the Jayhawks’ bracket reveal, Self was hopeful he’d have them back in the lineup ahead of the first round of the NCAA Tournament as per Shreyas Laddha of The Kansas City Star.

“Hunter is doing great, he’s actually practiced the last two days non-contact,” Bill Self said. “Kevin, I haven’t seen doing anything, but the game plan is, hopefully, he’s good to go Monday.”

Kansas will hit the road and travel to Salt Lake City where their first round game against No. 4 Samford is set to take place. It’s possible the Jayhawks might not need either Hunter Dickinson or Kevin McCullar Jr. to beat Samford. But to advance beyond the first round, Kansas will certainly need their top two guys. Neither one played in the Big 12 Tournament.

In Dickinson’s case, he suffered a shoulder injury late in the season. He was one of the top centers in the country and a possible second round NBA Draft pick. He had been averaging 18.0 points per game, 10.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.4 blocked shots with splits of 55 percent shooting from the field, 35 percent shooting from the three-point line and 64.1 percent shooting from the free-throw line.

McCullar has been battling a knee injury all season. He’s been averaging 18.3 points, 6.0 rebounds. 4.1 assists and 1.5 steals with splits of 45.4 percent shooting from the field, 33.3 percent shooting from the three-point line and 80.5 percent shooting from the free-throw line.
