All cancellations of, or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. Island Routes Tours will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Although every Sandals all-inclusive resort has tons of complimentary activities onsite, you’ll probably also want to explore what the area has to offer. That’s where Sandals excursions come in. They cost extra but are super easy to arrange through the resort.

You can book Sandals excursions online via the Sandals website after you’ve made your reservation, or once you get to the resort. If there’s something you really want to do, we recommend booking it in advance just to be safe.
