The first 44Alloy superyacht H1 has been delivered to her owner and is cruising in the Mediterranean enjoying the sun in the most popular destinations .

Sanlorenzo 44Alloy motor yacht H1 delivered

Built by Sanlorenzo and launched earlier this year, H1 was designed by Zuccon International Project with interiors by Michele Bonan . Bonan styled the interiors with white teak, lacquered mahogany and rattan. The colour pallet boasts fresh and stylish tones of grey, cream and beige. Opulent marbles were used for the ensuites.

Motor yacht H1 features a spacious owner’s apartment and with a lobby and a large walk-in wardrobe. The apartment is also equipped with a fold-out balcony on the starboard. On the mezzanine floor, the owner can access a private gym and the foredeck. The hot tub and sun loungers on the foredeck are a great addition to the fantastic amenities offered onboard. Four guest cabins are placed on the lower deck.

H1 is equipped with a tender garage located beyond the forward bulkhead of the owner’s apartment. Among the other special features of the yacht are the media room on the upper deck, massive sundeck with a bar, grill and sunbathing area, and a vast beach club.

The power comes from two MTU 12V 2000 M96L diesel engines, which generate a top speed of 21 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots.

Two brand new 44Alloy superyachts are currently under construction at Sanlorenzo in Italy.

ABOUT H1 UNLIMITED

The Unlimiteds are powered by turbine-engines that produce around 3,000 horsepower and World War 2-era Allison V-12’s that kick out around 2,500 horsepower – allowing our drivers to reach speeds of nearly 200 mph and producing a massive 60-foot tall, 300-foot long wall of water called a “roostertail” behind them. With very few restrictions, these majestic hydroplanes race in front of shorelines packed with fans on bodies of water throughout the United States.

Follow the H1 Unlimited Hydroplane Racing Series in 2024:

The season kicks off June 29-30 in Guntersville, Alabama, home of the Guntersville Lake Hydrofest . We will return to this ultra-fast course layout where the third-fastest lap of all time was set in 2023!

From there, the boats head to Madison, Indiana, home of the only community-owned hydroplanes on the circuit for the Madison Regatta on the Ohio River July 5-7.

The next stop is the Columbia River in Kennewick, Washington July 26-28 for the Columbia Cup and a sunbaked weekend on one of the super speedways of the series – look for speeds topping 200 mph.

Seattle’s Seafair is next up on August 2-4. As the home race for most of the Unlimited teams, Seattle is the one everyone wants to win!

The race for the APBA Gold Cup in Detroit is back on our schedule August 23-25! Watch our Unlimiteds on the most spectacular course we race on – the Roostertail Turn has to be seen to be believed!

We’re back to San Diego after a year away on September 13-15. Beautiful Mission Bay never fails to provide the perfect backdrop for our fast boats.

We are very excited to return to Penticton, British Columbia, Canada after two decades away, for a race on Okanogan Lake – dates will be announced shortly.

If you haven’t experienced H1Unlimited hydroplane racing in person, choose an event, get down to the shore and see what makes this “the most spectacular sport on the water.”

Her top speed is 36.0 kn and she boasts a maximum range of 280.0 nm when navigating at cruising speed, with power coming from two MTU diesel engines. She can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 staterooms, with 3 crew members waiting on their every need. She has a gross tonnage of 130.0 GT and a 6.6 m beam.

She was architected by Overmarine , who also designed the interior. Overmarine created the naval architecture for 101 yachts, and designed the interior of 215 yachts for yachts above 24 metres.

The 28.3m/92'10" open yacht 'H1' (ex. Mac 1) was built by Overmarine in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Overmarine and she was completed in 2008. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Stefano Righini.

H1 has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M93) 16-cylinder 2,400hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 30 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 38 knots with a range of up to 300 nautical miles from her 7,800 litre fuel tanks at 33 knots. Her low draft of 1.1m/3'7" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 1,400 Litres of fresh water.
