Our team of yacht brokers and office staff is based around the world, with our headquarters located in Fulham, London. Employees at our Fulham office enjoy access to on-site parking, a brand-new gym, and a lounge area within the building. Additionally, we have a US office located in Palm Beach, Florida.

To foster a close-knit team dynamic, our team regularly gathers at both office locations and attends various yacht shows throughout the year. This ensures that we maintain strong connections and collaboration within the team.

Keegan has extensive knowledge of the Superyacht industry, having formerly worked as Captain on smaller vessels and Chief Officer on larger motor yachts, both private and charter.

Based out of the South of France, Keegan has fully immersed himself in the yachting industry and understands clientele needs and wants, crew qualification requirements and specifications from Junior Deckhand to Captain and beyond, specialising in all departments.

Savanna Herzberg

Having worked on some of the most luxurious vessels in the industry, Savanna stepped off her last vessel of 55 metres as Chief Stewardess to pursue a career in international superyacht recruitment.

Savanna’s interpersonal skills combined with her offshore experience has enabled her to build a large network of dedicated professionals within the industry. As a seasoned professional, Savanna understands the industry and its professional requirements, providing ‘second-to-none’ recruitment assistance for all superyacht positions.

Richard Graney

Richard has worked on some of the largest vessels in the yachting industry, and he brings his wealth of experience to our Seven Seas Recruitment development team.

Coming from an experienced IT background, Richard worked his way up to an AV/IT role, which gave him a strong foundation for his current web developer position. • Y3, 2nd engineer unlimited or SV 2nd ticket is required. 
• They are looking for someone with experience on a similar size yacht, who has high standards and enjoys working as a team. 
• The yacht will be dual season and will be used for both private AND charter. 
• Fantastic longevity within crew, owners have other yachts as well and they enjoy having happy crew that want to stick with the programme. 
• The rotation is 2:2. 
• Salary is €8,700 per month + discretionary bonus. 
• Start date is  latest  3rd May.

Captain – 40m private – full time

• We are looking for a captain to join an established program on a privately operated motor yacht.
• The yacht will spend the summer in the Med so you must have a good cruising knowledge of western and central areas as Captain.
• The owners have plans to move to a bigger yacht so you must have your Master 3000 licence.
• The position will become rotational at the end of the year, so this is a great opportunity for a captain looking to build longevity and cement themselves in a growing fleet.
• A good salary is offered with 60 days annual leave.

Build Chief Engineer – 50m – Rotational / world cruising following delivery

We're working with a 50m new build yacht who is looking for a chief engineer to join them for the remainder of the build, to then go rotational in the new year. 

– The yacht will be dual season with a worldwide itinerary.  – The yacht is currently still in build and is due for delivery in October, however, will be put in the water in June with sea trials commencing in July. – The position is full time until the new year, at which point the position will become rotational. (2:2 rotation) – You must hold a Y3 or equivalent ticket.  – Accommodation will be provided during the build.  – Salary is €8,000. – Start date is ASAP, latest 22nd April.

• This is a lovely vessel, with fantastic owners and a real 'famil-feel' crew, who all get along very well and would love someone who can slot in easily
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience on a similar-sized vessel and experience working in service. 
• Candidates must have had exposure to a wide variety of service styles, including silver service and more formal set ps, as well as family-style
• There will be opportunities for onboard training, as well as being able to get creative with juices, smoothies and healthy snacks
• The interior runs with a team of 11 in total, all the girls get along and have happy, outgoing personalities. They are easygoing whilst still working hard and living what they do!

I have a rare (and exclusive) opportunity to join one of the most prestigious Yacht Management Companies in Miami as FLEET MANAGER. Not only that but, there is a real possibility to look at non-US Citizens who could begin their career in Monaco or London, before moving to the States after 6 months or so…

The likely career path you'll have taken to date would be Superyacht Captain for a few years followed by Yacht Management for a few more years (rising in seniority) and now looking for that next step up. • The vessel is dual season, spending time between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, however it will also go further afield.
