Oceanco boasts an impressive new superyacht building and dry dock facility in Alblasserdam on the outskirts of Rotterdam. This provides the highly respected Dutch shipyard with the flexibility to build yachts measuring up to 140m in length without compromise. So far, the largest yacht built in the new facility has been a 95m luxury mega yacht.

Acquired by Oceanco in May of this year, the facilities are located 10km down river from the Oceanco Headquarters and outfit facilities in Alblasserdam. She will debut her build here in the new facilities until transferred in due course to Oceanco's outfiiting facilities in Alblasserdam.
Yacht builder Oceanco reveals expansion plans
Oceanco has submitted plans for expansion at its Alblasserdam headquarters to the municipality of Alblasserdam. Among the plans are a second dock, a hall for workshops and an office building. The second dock will include outbuildings with a total floor area of 7500 m2 and a maximum height of 33 metres.
111-metre Oceanco superyacht moved to Alblasserdam
One of Oceanco's iconic projects, the 111-metre Y722, was transported from Oceanco's first-phase construction facilities in Zwijndrecht to its outfitting facilities in Alblasserdam on 14 June. From here, the remaining work will be carried out before the yacht undertakes sea trials and commissioning in 2025.
