Showcasing dynamic lines and sleek good looks, she's guaranteed to turn heads wherever you go.

Guest Accommodation

Built in 2009, New Life offers guest accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, particularly air conditioning to keep your comfortable throughout your charter.

Performance & Range

New Life is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure. Powered by 4 x Volvo Penta engines, she comfortably cruises at 22 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 28 knots with a range of up to 476 nautical miles from her 1,700 gallon fuel tanks.

New Life knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with a selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. You'll be loving the huge adrenaline rush as you zip over the water on a WaveRunner. In addition there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. If that isn't enough New Life also features fishing equipment and snorkelling equipment.

Offered by DMA Yachting, the breathtaking charter yacht New Life is a 92 ft motor yacht. The promiment features of New Life are her elegant profile and interconnection with the sea. New Life spends the summer and winter season in the Bahamas. She was constructed by recognized shipbuilder Lazzara in 2009. A succesful refit was delivered in 2020. The ingenious yacht layout features 4 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

New Life is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the boat -spacious aft deck, is right next to the well-equipped and inviting main saloon. The main saloon is a gathering space that is well-equipped and inviting for meaningful conversations and enables a number of media entertainment options. 4 spacious cabins are purposefully laid out for maximum privacy and comfort.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). The sweetest driver and the most amazing relaxing time. We didn't have to worry about anything. Really throughly enjoyed our time. We drove to San Francisco to a wedding, my aunts and uncles are older and it's hard for them to see in long drives outside of our city. This was a treat! It was around 30+ of us. Super friendly customer service, everything was easy and smooth. The bus was clean as a whistle and we were able to play our own music. Bluetooth connected, waters and a TV! We brought our own snacks and a little bit of wine, we had a blast.

We rented a party bus for my husband and I's 30th and it was incredible! Mark was awesome and made sure we all got there and back safely, and we got sooo many compliments from our friends that came. Plenty of space, super clean ride and overall just a great time! Definitely recommend!

I had my senior ball on 5/5 and Mark was amazing! I found him on yelp and had messaged him starting from February because I knew how crazy prom season would be. I copied part of the message he sent me for the quote I asked for: "The following land yacht is available for your 6 hour (5:45p-11:45p) event on the date you've requested.  30-36 passenger - $1,695.00 Our prices INCLUDE ALL FEES AND CHAUFFEUR'S GRATUITY, as well as complimentary ice and bottled water." I had 32 people on my bus and we all had enough space! The water was definitely awesome for the end of the night but Mark was so responsible and got us to SF city hall on time and safely. He was so quick at replying to my messages and I have had looked into many other places and this was the most accommodating and reasonably priced. Highly recommend !!

Our group had an amazing time! Mark arrived on time to pick us up and the bus was clean and spacious. The bathroom on board was an added plus. The pricing is very favorable to other companies and the bus has everything you need. I wish I had taken pictures of the interior because the other photos on here don't do it justice. There's also a TV that you can stream to. We ended up extending our reservation an hour because we didn't want it to end. We will definitely be using Mark again in the future.

Mark is pretty darn awesome! We chartered his land yacht for a work event. Everyone had an amazing time, and everyone said that they would definitely want to work with Mark again for both future and personal events that require group transportation. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

I rented a bus for my brothers 30th birthday and it was an unforgettable night! The bus was in great condition and so much bigger than I imagined. It even had a restroom which was helpful because we had it reserved for 5 hours. The driver was fantastic and let us blast our music and dance the whole time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good time!!

The very best part of this story is the revelation that we — little ol' Palm Beach County — have become a "mini-Monaco" for the wealthy mariners of the world who can handle a little chop in their 164-foot mega yachts. (I can't resist a "Wolf of Wall Street" clip) But once they get the yachts here here, they face a serious parking dilemma .

A North Palm Beach homeowner just wants to dock his yacht named Honey at his home. Trouble is, he has to "occupy" the home and since he's got several other homes in Palm Beach County and this one isn't his primary residence the definition of "occupy" seems to be the stumbling point.

It's a real Palm Beach dilemma. Too many homes and a mega yacht. Sigh.

Penthouse at The Bristol in West Palm Beach sells for $28 million

The ultra-luxury tower that some folks originally poo-pooed because it was in West Palm Beach instead of Palm Beach just had another record sale for a single-condominium at a recorded $27.99 million. The six-bedroom penthouse is one half of the 23rd floor of the swanky condo that sparkles like a beacon of affluence on the shores of the beleaguered Lake Worth Lagoon .

The seller was a company affiliated with a trust in the name of the late Boston developer Gerald S. Fineberg. The buyer's side is a mystery hidden in a trust that's sealed inside the lost treasure of Oak Island .

Michael Jordan buys another multi-million dollar home in the ultra-exclusive Bear's Club

Just a guess, but I'm thinking Michael Jordan can buy a home just about any-dang-where he pleases. For the first time last year, Jordan made the Forbes list of the country's 400 richest people , so to choose another property in the Bear's Club in Jupiter must say something about its exclusivity and high-end amenities.

His new 9,100-square-foot home has nothing on his custom-built estate nearby, but it did cost a recorded $16.5 million, which ain't too shabby.

New York's acclaimed Kyma Greek restaurant coming to West Palm Beach

If a renowned New York restaurant is going to open its first eatery outside of New York, where else is it going to go than Wall Street South? So, of course, Kyma, which offers traditional Greek taverna food, will be coming to downtown West Palm Beach by next year with ground-floor space AND a lively rooftop area.

I do so love a piece of baklava, but at $14-a-pop, it's a little above my budget. There's a nice happy-hour menu with lots of $10 "bites", which seems more doable for the non Wall Street Southerners .

This major cruise line operator just announced its biggest ship order ever

One of the world’s leading cruise operators unveiled its biggest ship order ever on Monday.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. will take delivery of eight ships between 2026 and 2036 across its three brands. 

Norwegian Cruise Line will welcome four ships in 2030, 2032, 2034 and 2036, each with a capacity of close to 5,000 guests. The additions are subject to financing.

The vessels will follow the line’s previously announced Prima-Plus class vessels.

The upscale Oceania Cruises will take delivery of two 1,450-guest ships in 2027 and 2029, and luxury line Regent Seven Seas Cruises will add two ships in 2026 and 2029, each accommodating 850 passengers.

"This strategic new-ship order across all three of our award-winning brands provides for the steady introduction of cutting-edge vessels into our fleet and solidifies our long-term growth,” Harry Sommer, the company’s president and CEO, said in a news release . “It also allows us to significantly leverage our operating scale, strengthen our commitment to innovation and enhance our ability to offer our guests new products and experiences, all while providing opportunities to enhance the efficiency of our fleet.”

Specifics about the ships’ accommodations and amenities will be announced “in the coming months,” according to the release.

The company will also add a new multi-ship pier at its private Bahamas island, Great Stirrup Cay, scheduled for completion by late 2025. The pier will be able to accommodate two large ships at once.

PartyNextDoor Is Turning Heads With NSFW Album Cover for 'PND 4'

The new album, PND's first since 2020's 'Partymobile,' is out later this month.

Thanks to PartyNextDoor , we have a new entry in the long and glorious canon of decidedly NSFW album covers.

This week, PND rolled out the cover for his upcoming album, which is set to arrive just over four years after the Drake and Rihanna -featuring Partymobile . Face down and nude on the cover is @maaminextdoor , complete with a lower back tattoo of a "4" (as in PND 4 ) that serves as the only text on the image aside from a well-placed Parental Advisory label.

In an IG Stories update, the model at the center of the kickoff to PND's new era shouted out @beetchabraids for their assistance in bringing this look to life. She soundtracked the post with PND's "Real Woman," a recently released single from the album.

Naturally, PND fans had a great deal to say about the on-brand, sexually charged cover art. Notably, the art for PND 4 marks the first time PND himself hasn't been featured on the cover of one of his studio albums.

Meanwhile, some have speculated that the final cover for the album could change prior to its streaming rollout, while a few have further speculated that the April 1 reveal of the swiftly-shared-everywhere image may be worth noting. However, the album's official pre-save page does indeed feature this as the cover.

Speaking with Zane Lowe on Apple Music's New Music Daily in March, PND explained the reasoning behind the return to his sequential series of projects ( PND 3 arrived back in 2016) after taking a pause with the aforementioned Partymobile .

"Just where I was in my personal life, how motivated I was, it just reminded me of where I was during that sequence," PND told Zane at the time. "So it naturally had to be PND 4 . It had to be. I'm so excited for this album."

Ask Sheila Finch if she is an artist, and she replies “Yes, that is who I am.” Not 'what', but 'who’. The deep truth of this statement has been borne out over and over as she has become the latest source of delightful works for private and corporate art collectors around the globe. Landscapes on the verge of abstracts reveal both her passion and her genius for color, for creating not just a scene, but the mood it engenders, as well. Living and painting from her boat, Sheila gathers scenes from the sea to build a repertoire of visually stunning images. Her skyscapes show the acumen of a painter who knows water. Her art floats between the ethereal realm of abstraction and the concrete texture of realism. Her genius with color developed early in her life. It began at the age of 13 in Ohio when her boyfriend made her a gift of watercolors and an easel. “I was impressed. These were professional artist supplies! He eventually became my husband',” she laughs. Her mother, also an artist, enrolled her in a class to study with a regional artist, concentrating on the basics of studio painting, her only formal training. At the age of 16, Sheila sold her first work and has since been a productive and successful artist who has sold works to corporate and private collectors both here and abroad. It was during this early period that she created her first award-winning work. In 1992, Sheila and her family moved to Germany, where she first began painting outdoors, from real life, in the little village where she lived, Hutschenhausen. Sheila joined a professional painting artists tour through France. Included among the en-plein-air stops was a day of painting in Monet's Giverny gardens. She credits this experience for triggering a “quantum leap in my creative development.” “I began to focus on a more abstracted style of landscape, becoming less interested in painting specific details, and much more interested in the thousands of subtle shades of warm and cool colors from nature,” Sheila recalls. As she developed her new style, she would seek out books on art and artists. “When I first saw the work of the color field artist Marc Rothko, I was intrigued by the manner in which my eyes perceived colors as my gaze followed the edges of the large blocks of color in each painting... how my perception of the hues changed. For example, an outer color that is purple could make an interior area of yellow ochre look green instead of yellow... a muted brown next to a pure swatch of ultramarine blue made the blue look so much brighter... This was the beginning of my intense exploration of the use of color and pattern to create an emotional impression,” she recalls. “Another artist who has had a profound influence on my work is Wolf Kahn, for a similar reason, even though his landscapes are very different from Rothko's abstracts.” While in Europe, Finch had exhibits in Paris, and Germany. Moving to Northern California has again taken her work to a new level. “California is so visually stimulating, I cannot paint my emotional responses quickly enough to capture them all. I remember my first trip into the Sierras and not being able to breath. It wasn't the altitude,” she laughs, “we weren't that far above sea level yet!” Through her use of color, Sheila strives to recreate strong, emotional impacts on the viewer. “I find I am drawn to images of landscapes that boarder on the abstract, and to abstracts which have a somewhat organic, defined nature,” she explains. Sheila has been featured multiple times by Gold River Scene Magazine and recognized by the National Arts Appreciation Program and Le Bateau Lavoir in Paris. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Youngest Son King Accused of Sexual Assault

A new lawsuit accuses King of sexually assaulting a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh, who worked on a yacht that Diddy chartered in 2022.

Amid Sean “Diddy” Combs ‘ sex trafficking investigation and lawsuits, his eldest son, Christian “King” Combs , is now facing sexual assault allegations. Grace O’Marcaigh has filed a lawsuit against the music producer’s 26-year-old kid, accusing him of assaulting her while she was working on a yacht that Combs, 54, chartered in 2022.

Per Us Weekly , O’Marcaigh claimed that Combs’ boat charter was  “sold as a wholesome family excursion,” but it became a “hedonistic environment.” In the lawsuit, King was also accused of sexual harassment and the infliction of emotional distress. Additionally, the lawsuit accused Combs of premises liability for chartering the yacht and for aiding and abetting his eldest song in the alleged assault against O’Marcaigh.

Diddy and King have not publicly responded to the lawsuit.

Less than two weeks ago, Diddy’s two homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by federal law enforcement. Homeland Security was investigating the rapper after “three women and a man have been interviewed by federal officials in Manhattan in relation to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms,” per NBC News.

In response to the raids , Diddy’s lawyer Aaron Dyer provided a statement to multiple outlets, calling the raids “a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants.”

“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,” Dyer said. “This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

Diddy’s investigation came amid a slew of sexual assault allegations. The first came late last year when Diddy’s ex Cassie Ventura accused him of rape , sexual abuse and sex trafficking. Some of her accusations against him included drugging her, “beating” her and forcing her to have sex with “male prostitutes.”

Shortly after filing the suit, Ventura and Diddy settled it. However, she is now reportedly cooperating with federal law enforcement amid her ex’s investigation.
