Highly Stylized Invictus 46 To Debut in Miami

The highly stylized Invictus TT460 flagship, made in Borgia, Italy, will make its U.S. debut at the Miami boat show, starting February 16, along with a smaller outboard-powered GT280S.

Invictus Yacht started just six years ago, with another 28, and has grown rapidly in the European market, largely because of the boats’ unique lines and the company’s semi-custom approach where owners can choose among a variety of upholstery, colors, decks and, in the case of the TT460, the interior arrangements. All Invictus Yachts are designed by Christian Grande, who has won a lot of international awards  for his innovative thinking.

The TT460 is powered by twin 480-hp Volvo IPS650 pod drives, producing a top speed of about 35 knots. But the TT460 is designed as a social animal, capable of holding 14 people in a variety of inviting lounges and settees from stem to stern. And two platforms that fold out from the bulwarks aft create even more space for sunning or enjoying water sports.

The new flagship has the yard’s signature “half reverse” bow and a futuristic sweeping carbon-fiber hardtop that protects a three-seat helm deck. A large sun lounge with a fixed seat is on the foredeck, and an even larger one is in the cockpit, over the tender garage.

Below, an owner can customize the accommodations layout, choosing from an open plan to a two-stateroom with private partitions plan. In the open plan, the master stateroom is full-beam amidships with two beds that can be arranged together. A large settee is forward as part of a large social area.

In the two-stateroom plan, the forward area becomes the master stateroom, with a queen bed and a partition for privacy, while the midships cabin can be used for guests or family. The boat has one head.

Invictus Yacht of Borgia, Italy, Will Introduce the Invictus GT320S at The Cannes Yachting Festival 2022

At the forthcoming Cannes Yachting Festival (6-11 September 2022), Invictus Yacht will exhibit its fourth outboard model, the Invictus GT320S. The boat is distinguished by its half-reverse bow, its big side windows, and its two Yamaha outboard engines.

A NEW BALANCE

The Invictus GT320S is the modern embodiment of equilibrium. Its proportions offer a superb blend of agility and space; the exquisite forms of the outboard engines find the appropriate sporting descriptor. Style and strength are intertwined.

The boat's deck has been turned into a spacious living space. For the convenience of visitors, there is a side access door on the port side, which is suitable for parallel moorings. GT320S has a bimini top that may be automated or, upon request, fitted with a carbon hard top with integrated lighting bodies, a solution often reserved for much larger vessels.

Large, linear windows allow a plenty of natural light below deck. In addition to the huge aft double bed, furnished with storage areas and closets, the dining area at the bow contains a storage box that can be transformed into a bed. The bathroom is located in the middle of the vessel.

The Invictus GT320S is equipped with two 300-horsepower Yamaha outboard engines. Additionally, the shipyard has the capability of achieving a total of 900 horsepower.

Invictus GT320S is available in eleven colour choices, ranging from lightest to darkest, and four deck upholstery options. The outside colours correspond to the Composite Gray version of the interiors below deck.

To personalise the yacht, the exclusive club Atelier Invictus provides a network of specialist artisans and highly competent suppliers. Customers are supported and directed through a genuine laboratory in which the boat is constructed with customised material inserts and equipment from the outset of the purchasing process.

Atelier provides a variety of colours and innovative processes, customising "one-of-a-kind" vessels to reflect the customer's own style and preference.

In addition to the Invictus GT320S, the Italian shipyard will bring the TT460 flagship and the Invictus GT370, one of the yard's best-sellers, to the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022.

A TRULY SPORT RANGE WITH LOTS OF LIVING SPACE The CX range has several characteristics in common with the “X” range, especially the vertical steering position that provides very precise steering thanks to its correct ergonomics. As with all the yard’s ranges, the CX range is designed by Christian Grande, the perfect symbol of Italian style incarnated by Invictus Yacht. Interior volumes are much larger than those of comparable competitors of the same length, yet the 240CX maintains its sporting lines thanks to the balance between the hull design and deck profile. Very close attention has been paid to the finishings and detailing, not only their materials but also their chromatic contrasts.

A VERY STYLISH PRESENTATION The new Invictus 240 CX will be officially presented during the next Cannes Yachting Festival 2017 (12-17 September); an occasion that the Italian yard is preparing in great style and passion. The French boat show will host the Invictus flagship, the 370GT, plus the 280GT, the 280CX, the 200HX – also in her world premier at the French salon – , and the FX gamma’s 200, 240 and the 270.

Invictus launch 280GT superyacht tender

New superyacht tender builder Invictus has launched its first model, the 280GT by designer Christian Grande.

The company, based in Borgia, Italy, collaborated with multi-award-winning yacht designer Christian Grande on the 8.9-metre superyacht tender, which features an eye-catching reverse bow. This bow shape extended the waterline length, allowing for increasing living spaces below decks. The boat should be capable of 38 knots maximum speed, powered by 320hp Volvo V8 sterndrive diesel engine. With the engine fitted, the 280GT comes in at 2200kg.

Apart from the unusual bow, the 280GT is characterised by a relatively large bathing platform. The engine housing is covered by a sunpad that enlarges by rotating the rear backrest. A central L-shaped settee faces the steering area, the latter with a double ergonomic seat amidships. There is also a galley module here, complete with fridge and lockers.

The bridge is protected by a wide sweep-around windscreen and equipped with the latest digital instrumentation including a video monitor and inclinometer. The bow zone offers further sunbathing space. The cabin below has a vee berth around a central table and a good-sized bathroom.

Christian Grande says, “Invictus gave me the occasion to reinterpret a new evolution in nautical design, which I would call Nautical 2.0. This is yachting that gives an emotional sensation, even with a limited size, thanks to the careful balance of form and with equipment that characterises solidity, spaciousness and comfort. Everything that one would have expected to find when aboard a large yacht is now at hand with the Invictus, with a singular and innovative design.”

The 65.53m/215' motor yacht 'Invictus' by the American shipyard Delta Marine offers flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests in 9 cabins and features interior styling by Diane Johnson Design.

Built in 2013, Invictus boasts a multitude of decks ideal for relaxation and entertainment indoors or outdoors, ensuring guests will live la dolce vita on the open waters. Her features include wheelchair accessibility, movie theatre, elevator, beach club and gym.

Interior Design

Special features on the exterior include a fold down beach cabana at the stern, and a pool on the sundeck. The interior will have expansive windows, grand foyers and stairwells, a gymnasium and a theatre.

Guest Accommodation

Families will particularly love Invictus thanks to her child-friendly setup. She offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests with a layout comprising a master suite, six double cabins and two twin cabins. There are 16 beds in total, including 5 king, 2 queen, 4 singles and 2 pullmans. A crew of nineteen, who specialize in creating exceptional charters, are on hand to provide guests with a yacht charter vacation to remember.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Keeping comfortable and entertained on Invictus is easy thanks to the available amenities including a dedicated library, where you can unwind in seclusion. Meanwhile Invictus boasts a movie theatre, perfect to relax after a long day on the water. Head to the beach club and take advantage of indoor-outdoor living and entertaining or elsewhere, a gym with all the latest equipment is available for a good work out. Retreat to the deck jacuzzi and soak up the scenery.

Invictus benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter including wheelchair-friendly access, making this vessel suitable for all guests. Travelling from deck to deck is quick, easy and accessible with the on-board elevator or elsewhere, satellite communication systems keep you in touch wherever you voyage. Take advantage of the on board Wi-Fi and stay connected at all times plus guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Invictus is built with a steel hull and composite superstructure. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 17 knots with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 194,192 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy fun on the water with the collection of water toys and accessories aboard Invictus. Guests can experience the thrill and adventure of riding one of the two Seadoo GTI SE 155 WaveRunners. In addition there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Another excellent feature are wakeboards so guests can show off at speed. If that isn't enough Invictus also features kayaks, paddleboards, snorkelling equipment and surfboards. Invictus features two tenders, but leading the pack is a 8.5m/27'11" Comitti V Tender to transport you in style.

Invictus and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Caribbean. She is already accepting bookings this summer for cruising in the Mediterranean.
