For the liveliest atmosphere, July and August are peak season. If you prefer a quieter pace, May, June, and summer, September, and October are lovely, with the added bonus of fewer crowds.

Our rent charters fee typically includes the rental of the yacht or boat itself, the attendance of a professional staff, and all necessary safety equipment. Standard provisions may cover basic amenities, but additional costs such as fuel, marina fees, food and beverage expenses, and any special requests (e.g., water sports equipment, guided tours) are usually not included and can be arranged for an extra fee. It's important to discuss these details upfront to tailor the charter to your preferences while managing budget expectations.

More than 90 days before the charter start date: Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of any amounts paid, less an administrative fee to cover processing costs.

60 to 89 days before the charter start date: Clients are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total charter fee.

Less than 60 days before the charter start date: No refunds will be available, as we are unlikely to rebook the yacht for the specified period on short notice.

We strongly recommend clients consider travel insurance that covers charter cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or travel disruptions. This ensures that your investment is protected, and you can look forward to your luxury yacht charter experience with peace of mind.

Immediate Concerns: If your complaint is related to the yacht or services provided during your charter, we kindly ask you to inform the captain or the head crew member as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved quickly when addressed in real time, ensuring the rest of your charter experience remains enjoyable

Formal Complaint: If your concern cannot be resolved during the charter or if it pertains to issues before or after your yacht experience, please submit a formal complaint in writing within 14 days of the charter's conclusion. You can email us directly at [email protected] .

Investigation Process: Upon receiving your complaint, our customer service team dealing with Ibiza Yacht Charter will conduct a thorough investigation.

Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a written response detailing the outcome of our investigation.

Once you confirm your reservation, your broker will process your payment.

• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

CHARTER FORMENTERA

A charter to Formentera is the stuff that dreams are made of. Just off the coast of Ibiza, Formentera is the smallest and most southerly of the Balearic Islands measuring around 20 km long and about 2 km wide. The beaches have some of the whitest sand that you can find in the Mediterranean and the sea is clear and a beautiful shade of turquoise. There’s a reason that it is often compared to islands in the Caribbean. There isn’t an airport, which helps to make the island even more exclusive, as you can only get there by boat. You can get to Formentera by boat in less than an hour from Ibiza Town and in only a few hours from San Antonio. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours. The remaining amount of the charter, along with fuel and any extra amenities is to be paid in cash or card on the morning of the charter.

You can pay it all in advance and immediately receive a confirmation of your booking. We prefer reservations in advance, but we can often accommodate last minute charters. You never know your luck so give us a call or email us and we will try our best to accommodate you!

There is a wide variety of options. Our staff can help you figure out a plan for your day out on the waters. Many clients choose to go to Formentera via the island of Es Palmador, which is only accessible by boat. Discuss your needs with our staff and your skipper to work out the best places to go, ensuring that the wind and sea conditions are favorable at your preferred destinations.

With a sailboat you can enjoy the tranquility and calm that the Mediterranean Sea offers and you will have all the space you can wish for a dream vacation. Here you will find all the necessary information before deciding which boat is best suited to your preferences.

Characteristics of sailboats On our website you have available a large list of sailboats of all types and sizes. There are small sailboats that do not exceed 9 meters and others larger and up to 40 meters. The main advantage of sailboats is their great ability to adapt to all types of needs, in addition to being in perfect condition. Depending on your requirements, one sailboat or another will be better, so you should take into account the size, capacity, equipment, speed, etc. For example you will have the option of renting a sailboat for a day or for a week, or even more. If you only want to spend a day on a boat you will have the option of renting a smaller and more economical sailboat, while to stay for a day or a week you will need a sailing ship with cabins and complete equipment for life on board. Finally, all sailboats have a different distribution because some have the basics to live on board as a bathroom, a kitchen and cabins, while others have many more features such as television, kitchen with appliances, air conditioning, Wi -Fi, etc.

Minimum qualification required When renting a sailboat you can choose between hiring a skipper or not. If you hire a skipper, you will not have to worry about anything and you will be able to enjoy a perfect vacation while a professional skipper will take care of the best routes and will let you know the best spots in Ibiza and Formentera. If you decide that you are going to take the boat yourself you should know what is the minimum license according to the sailboat you choose. Basic Navigation Pattern (PNB): up to 8 meters in length, 5 miles of port, marina or place of shelter and day and night navigation. Recreation boat pattern (PER): up to 15 meters in length, navigation between islands within the Balearic archipelago and day and night navigation. Yacht (PY) or Yacht Captain (CY) pattern: with this title you can navigate through the area without any problem.

What to bring? Whether you decide to enjoy a day of charter or rent a sailboat for a week, there is a list of essentials to fully enjoy your experience aboard one of our boats. The first thing is clothes and shoes. You will need comfortable, summer and sports clothing and also some long-sleeved clothing because, at night, the temperature in the sea tends to fall. Logically, swimwear is also essential for your nautical vacation. As for footwear, you will only need comfortable shoes and flip flops, although we recommend soft-soled and non-slip shoes to walk on the boat. Another essential thing is sun protection. The spray or sunscreen are very important to not burn you because the sun in the Mediterranean is very strong. Another way to protect yourself from the sun is with a hat to prevent sunstroke and to protect the head and face. We also advise you to wear long linen clothes to protect you during the hours of more intense sunlight. During a holiday at sea, you can not miss things like towels, submersible camera, diving goggles, fins, etc. You can also try water games such as paddle surfing or wakeboarding. Finally, all our boats have a first aid kit with the basic things like plasters, hydrogen peroxide, etc. However, if you need any special medication do not forget to bring it or if you are not used to navigate it wouldn’t hurt to take pills for seasickness just in case.
